Oh no, I thought I was doin the right thing. was thinking I would gain weight if I eat chicken breast a lot and brocolli- thats my everyday meal- white rice, brocolli, mushroom and chicken breast and boiled eggs. Now I know--

So I've been eating way too much protein based on this video? - my weight is 120 lbs and my protein intake has been 260g! And yeah I find it hard to gain weight. Great to know this now.

Great advice as Im naturally skinny. Been skinny all my life. Have do do something different if I want to see change in terms of me gaining weight which Im trying to do

I eat 3500 calories a day and I count them. Howwver, I still haven't gained weight / muscle in 3 months. Must be something wrong with me. About to give up
