The first shake is similar to the one in the video but larger (2 medium shakes): 130g oats, 200g bananas, 500ml milk, 30g peanut butter and some cocoa (you wont get hungry for 3 to 4 hours with this. My second shake is always different (for long term you need variety, not exactly the same meal, for health reasons) e. g. 130g oats, 200g berries 30g almond butter 35g whey protein, 3-5g creatine, 10g spirulina and this time water. The point is to get used to make the shake and to put in it something you'll enjoy eating and tastes good for you. First you should start with lower quantity to get used to it, then add progressively more to the mix. I'm 95 kg, 1, 81cm, 15-16% bf, originally ecto.

yea this works i been useing basically this same shake for a while lol but i add some cinnamon powder and i prolly shouldnt but i put eggs in there too XD it works bad ass i even put my creatine in it in the morning although i prefer creatine in like orange juice later

Why is one cup of milk is so huge and so does the 1/2 cup of oats is so much. Can you tell me how many tablespoon of oats should I put and also how many ml of milk? Because I-m not sure how big is the cup you are using -
