Still hard for a beginner like myself to get it right. Currently have decided on trying low-carb plan. (2 weeks in) But seeing the apple in this thumbnail had me thinking they'd be a fruit intake mentioned.
Reason I mention is bc fruits are like a staple for me & I haven't really decided to give them up yet.
But I keep reading how their simple carbs w/plenty of sugar. I'm having like 2-4 pcs a day.
When should I cut them out?

I like to go with droppin kcals first until i reach my daily minimum limit, then start addin cardio: )
