In this video I share my 5-step fat loss guide for men (and women) who want to lose a bit of weight or get absolutely ripped. Fat Loss Macro Calculation (example for someone consuming 2, 000kcal) Step 1: -Convert your daily protein into calories. Protein Intake (in grams) x 4 = Calories from protein Example: 150g x 4 = 600 calories Step 2: -30% of Your Intake in Fats 2, 000kcal/. 30 = 600kcal from Fats Step 3: -Figure out how many daily calories are left over. Calories from protein + Calories from fat = X Total Daily Calories - X = Y Example: 600 + 600 = 1, 200kcal 2, 000 (daily calories) - 1, 200 = 800kcal left over Step 4: -Convert your carb calories into grams. Y/ 4 = Carbohydrate Intake (in grams) Example: 800 / 4 = 200 grams of carbohydrates

I have lost a ton of weight by paying attention to the calories but not able to reduce fat mass around stomach and love handles? -
