Hello Alain, I bought your specialization programs of 45 days chest n 30 days delts back in 2017 n they worked very well for me, how about if I do this for 10 circuits in as shortest time as I can do it, say 20 minutes or less? Great stuff man.

I vote you film doing it so we can do it -together- but I love this idea, gonna try it, sounds brutal esp on the calves lol I feel like that jumping is going to make them sore real quick
