The mid delts can make a huge difference in the appearance of your physique from all angles. They help to add width to your frame and aid in bolstering the coveted V-Taper. A wide frame with a narrow waist is one of the most appealing features of any aesthetic physique. The Mid delts also help add a sense of roundness to the shoulders, that the front delts or rear delts can-t make up for. All in all, if you-re looking to build an aesthetic physique, you have to train the mid delts and train them with purpose. In this video I share my top 3 mid-delt exercises and how to perform them for optimal results!

Been breakdancing for a decade. Can hop, spin on my hands etc. Also do Arnold presses a lot. Was wondering why my shoulders seem to be huge in the front but nothing at the sides. Tried the second exercise and holy shit. I'm just realizing that my medial Delts have basically been ASLEEP this whole time. Like a returning of sensation to my mid Delts! Suddenly it felt like a bunch of weird issues I have going on in my shoulder region just disappeared. -- Very grateful. Also dumbfounded.

At about 1: 40 in the video you show an EMG activation study that shows the best exercise for the middle deltoid is 45-degree incline row. Is there a reason that this exercise is not in the video? I have added it to my regimen, but I want to make sure that I am doing it correctly. Thanks

I like how the classic bodybuilders build their delts wide and broad not pointy delts like todays bodybuilders, today bodybuilders put more emphasize on building pointy deltoids rather than building world class latissimus dorsi wide and long lats which give more classical vibes

love the content and the presentation! but i am not so sure about the upright row with wide grip when it comes to risk/reward ratio! definitely gonna try the first to excersises!
i will give the upright row a chance but it seems just so unhealthy for the shoulder!

I Know I-m late to the game but I-m struggling with my traps. They are just not growing even tho I work them 2-3 x /week.
