My background was power lifting, now, I have had two shoulder replacements, one being a reverse. Currently I am working light weights, high reps, high sets, 4 to 5 days a week. Also studying martial arts staff training to get flexibility up. Benches and dips are out, for now, and they may never come back, so here is the request: really build delts and upper pics, adding in all the rest of the upper body as the shoulder joints can take the stress. Lower body is difficult also. Both knees have had arthroscopic surgery and one will have to be replaced. I'll worry about more legs after the upper is good for -heavy normal- loads. 400# will never be seen again nor 500# squats. I'm all eyes (and ears) as to suggestions. I am not a kid so we don't discuss that, we just do it. Any info is appreciated.

Doing barbell presses will not put isolation on the chest.
Barbell presses is a compound exercise.
There are a lot of overweight people benching.
I have never felt my chest growing and hurting after bench presses.
Isolation exercises is the best for chest.
Dumbbell presses both incline and flat.
Dumbbell flys. Lat presses.

I more prefer incline bench with dumbbells because with barbell my right shoulder clicks. It doesn't hurt but it's annoying and I read that can cause injury. But I think with dumbbell it's better for growth because your range of motion is bigger.

For my chest I usually start out by exhausting my chest with flys, flat and incline flys. My bench can't go decline, or I'd do those flys too. Then I do press workouts for chest. After all chest work i instantly move to shoulders

My chest, shoulders, back and forearms are the most important muscles for me to build. In my opinion. Yes I build my legs but not as important to put so much focus on. My legs build with just about everything I do

I noticed most of your workout videos have 3 exercises per workout. that seems low. I feel like most people recommend 4-5. Bodybuilding. com's workouts definitely have more than 3
