Of all the supplements out there, creatine is one of the most effective. Few, if any, supplements have been studied as much as creatine has. And after hundreds and hundreds of studies, it-s clear that creatine helps you: - Gain muscle and strength faster - Perform higher training volumes - Boost anabolic hormones like IGF-1 - Increase cellular hydration I may go as far to say that creatine is the closest thing you can get to steroids without crossing off your -natural- status. Just starting working out with regularity and purpose. So far, I only implement protein and pre-workout.
Is it alright to take a pre-workout and creatine? Should I separate them. Use them simultaneously. avoid using both at the same time?
I've read a few articles but they don't really address this very much.
Besides - I'd rather hear from those who have experience.
Thanks for any advice. I'm learning a lot but I still have a lot to learn.

I have an important question, but first I would like to mention is that I just read online that if a creatine that does NOT have a CREAPURE label on it, then it is low quality coming from china. That being said, there are Top brand companies that sell creatine that are NOT made with creapure, so it is more than likely made in China with possible toxicities in it, it being low quality. What is you opinion on this? Thank you

I was 43 when i started creatine. Im now 65 and have never suffered any negative side effects. One thing ill tell you tho, first time users will notice a signifacant amount of strength. In the past i discontinued creatine for awhile and resumed again to see if id get that power surge, not happening. Regardless tho. I still feel much better when i supplenent with creatine. (Stay away from sarms young guys, not good)

You know its crazy like back in 2010 i got my hands on some creatine that was just mind blowing i dont know what the name is but i barely took a tea spoon of it after my workouts and i got so big it really scared me because i didn't expect it to be so powerful they dont make it like they did back then and it wasnt that long ago they are all so weak now.

A tipp! Heat water 50c 500ml put 5g teaspoonful of creatine a 5 g teaspoon of either real honey or maple syrup and half g of Himalayan rock salt into hot water stir til clear- creatine bonds with carbs passes into bloodstream faster! 45 min before gym! Boom magic stuff! Trust me give it a go!

I definitely got cramping in my butt cheeks using creatine lol (for real) I stopped creatine and the cramps stopped but I also lost 5lbs while eating more than previously (water weight) starting creatine again and taking potassium pills to see how that goes. So far no butt cheek cramps.

Creatine does not lead to hair loss! How susceptible the hair root reacts to the DHT depends on the genetics and the predisposition of the man. Only the study from South Africa (so far the only study) was able to establish a connection between the intake of creatine and the DHT level.

Not sure I agree with what you said about creatine getting denatured in heat especially since it's just a tripeptide. Proteins are more prone to heat denaturation because it disrupts their tertiary structure; small peptides, especially those with just 3 amino acids, not so much.

You have to train your ear some of these guys I listen to it 2. 0 times and they sound normal. Most of them I do it 1. 5. But I-m getting real good at 1. 75. Just a heads up that you can increase and train your ear to listen to a faster pace
