The traps are one muscle that can make a huge visual impact on your physique. Just compare someone with well-developed traps to someone with underdeveloped traps. The lack of trap development will make the individual appear less muscular and in some cases even far less masculine. Now most guys will hear -traps- and immediately assume that the solution is heavy shrugs. And although they are a viable option, doing shrugs exclusively is a sure-fire way to neglect your other trap muscles. In this video, I share the top 5 exercises for building bigger upper, middle, and lower traps. [MASS-5 FULL BODY] HIGH FREQUENCY FULL BODY WORKOUT - [TURBO CHARGED] PRE WORKOUT SUPPLEMENT!

I never knew about the Y Raise and that the weak lower traps were responsible for poor posture. Now, I don't want to say I completely ignore my lower traps, I just honestly did not know about them until I watched this video. I love what I see in each and every one of these videos and will share them with friends. Thank you so much for this and all of these videos on here!

Dude how tall are you? I'm 5' 8. 5- and I feel small. I'm beginning to consider starting lifting thanks to your videos but i wanted to have an idea of how I could potentially look size wise after a year or two of lifting. If you told me you were around or just a tad bit taller than me then I'd have a lot to look forward to. Saludos -

Hello in enjoy watching your videos and how scientific and informative you are. I was just wondering are you going to make a video coming out the quarantine educating your viewers on exercises to do to integrate yourself back into the workout regimen and foods to eat to get back to where we once wer before the quarantine hit.

Need to say few words. After watcing your videos for quite a time, i decide to start with the gym. I am smoker, 192 cm, with 114 kg. I quite smoke before 13 days, working on full body 3 times at week n every day in between at home. You truly inspired me to work on myself.
Thank u! I WILL NOT QUIT!

Question: Would using dumbbells instead of a barbell for shrugs allow you more range of motion and engage more of the trap? With dumbbells, I pull up and roll my shoulders backwards. It feels like I'm working all three muscle groups in trap.

Thanks, I've been having difficulty doing pulls due to poorly developed lower traps. Y-raises have been doing wonders for me. Cheers: )
