When you say 10-20 sets per week does that mean just working sets? for example, if I use flat bench as my main movement and do 10 set on Monday then 10 set on Thursday and I done or can I also do say 4 sets of incline dumbell and 4 sets of cable flies after those 10 sets? Going off of my previous question, or does it mean that if I wanted to perform flat, incline, and decline bench presses ill have to split those into 10 sets like 4-3-3? Hopefully my question makes sense

Thanks bro for giving the right information, because a lot people think you need to do isolated exercises especially for lower upper and mid thinking that the chest is divided in 3 ways. I understand what you're saying if you want you can go and do isolated to hit some specific part of your chest but is like you said in reality you can only do 1 exercise and your chest will grow.

Thanks for these exercises! From my personal experience, it is best to combine exercise with some kind of healthy and structured diet. There are great helpers that can help you with this. I tried Next Level Diet and I made a fairly solid progress in just one month. You could check other similar tools as well. Happy exercising and stay persistent!

Form! Without good form you're not even working the proper muscle. I see people all the time essentially collapsing their chest during flies. Instead of stretching and expanding the chest they're crunching and collapsing it. You'll never get chest growth until you learn to retract your shoulders and scapula. (There's a name for it, but I forgot it)

Personally chest is the hardest thing for me to grow. I have tight chest fibers so activation is nearly impossible especially with bench press. I completely stopped doing bench and only do variations of flys and close grip push up. Been seeing a lot more chest gains ever since I ditched bench

One of the main things I see with people with weak chests is the lack of focus on the negative portion of the rep. Either they ego lift and don't go deep enough, or they ego lift and bounce the weight. Dumbbell incline db press with slow negatives was my staple for years.

When reducing to 8 working sets per workout for chest. That-s basically 2 and a half exercises. So 1st exercise 3 sets, 2nd exercise 3 sets, 3rd exercise 2 sets. How do you hit Flat, Incline, Decline with this? Not even including fly.

The man with the yellow bandana is very amusing. I hope that he did not crush himself when trying to lift 10 -45 plates. He reminds me of myself sometimes. I never tried that one, but I did try too much in other exercises. Stephan

Are the 10 to 20 sets per week intended to be of each chest exercise, eg, 10 - 20 bench press, 10 - 20 flys, 10 - 20 incline bench etc, or just 10 - 20 per week on the chest as whole, eg, combination of those exercises? Thanks.

Nice video, but prioritizing and promoting internal rotation of the shoulders is a terrible idea. Lots of guys in the gym over the years (including me years ago) with shoulder problems from doing chest wrong.
