Best Workout Routine for Skinny Hardgainers Mub33b: Like you said, it's more personal what works for individual people but I find that full body workouts aren't great for beginners.
I'm relatively new but I find my best results with doing split workouts. Obviously I include compound exercises as I agree they will help you grow.
Plus, I think it helps build an attitude/mentality to like going to the gym easier, which is a hurdle for many skinny people.
