I got you in two exercises. Thrusters and pullups. (Thrusters are a combo of a frontsquat and overhead press) thrusters are all your uperbody pushing muscles and lower body muscles while also encouraging propper healthy shoulder mobility via the required front rack position.
If i had to pick a third it would be hiit cardio on an assault bike (low impact on the joints) keep the heart healthy boys! You'll live longer.

No I love the videos and now help over 40+ first topic should be joint pains! I thought and can still bench at the 40 degrees angle better than any kids in the gym. Second the row at 80% is like what 165+lbs seems ambitious. Absolutely no to squats at 225lbs on second set something in my knees just cracked risk to reward not there so alternative, ie split squats. IMO.

I haven t watched yet, but I m looking for a true minimalist weight lifting routine. I was doing full body, then swapped to PPL, now I want to do a 30 minute minimalist workout that I can roast my check, arms, back and legs. that s all I need. Oh and i have a spine injury so I can t put loads on my spine which makes things even a bigger challenge

Saw this video right after getting out of the shower. Going by date I'd have to say that I'm in my 20s right now - but I identify as a 49 y/o man, so this video helped me out a lot. Now excuse me while I go back to reading the instructions on how to use my hair dye with my reading glasses.

Hi, I really enjoy your videos. Do you have any for men who are 50 and have shoulder injuries or had shoulder surgery, but still want to work out and get muscular? I also have creaky knees but can and still do DB squats ( home gym)

I'm 41 and am sick and tired of these workout videos treating someone in their 40s as an old person who should be doing less and taking it easy. We are all individual - please stop this!

1 Push(Bench, Press. Dips, 1 Pull(Row, Chins/ Pull ups) And 1 Lower body (Squats/Leg Press / Deadlifts) and 2 weakness / isolation exercises at the end and You got a great program.

Good video. Are these all done on the same day or can it be done in some kind of split? I find myself in the gym for about two hours and would like to cut that down a lot.

I've always had a problem with Barbell squads with my shoulders I can't grab the bar when it's on my shoulders so I can't get a good balance to do it right
