Got my smart a trolling out of the way and watched the video. Awesome stuff. Only disagreement is cardio health is more important for longevity and quality of life (goes beyond zapping love handles. It can help on legs day endurance during sets too. Just do it after lifting. 75 minutes of zone 2 (225-your age or starts being hard to talk) a week is the suggested minimum. Some shoot for twice that. HIIT can be 20% of the total and is awesome. Walking counts too, but then you double your time. You guys have great videos. Funny and good info. Thanks.

How? How can a person accurately figure out what their maintenance calories are? Especially when work activities, sleep and everything changes day to day.
Is there a chart that takes muscle mass and fat mass along with height, weight and anything else that might be important?
It would literally take months with the exact same routine and meals every day to actually figure it out on a personal level.

Indeed, mid 40 and looking not bad for my age but not sure why I have these love handles since this year. Must be gravity: ) I swear, this week I start to get rid of it (at least I try.
Not sure if I will ever get a sixpack again but damn I want it so bad. Summer is coming and these love handles do not look good and makes me look and feel older than last year.

I'm guilty of doing low intensity elliptical for 30 minutes after my weightlifting sessions. I'm going to try the jump squat/mountain climber combo. Can I do this after every lifting session if I have juice left in the tank? I work a PPL routine. 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off protocol.

How bout some bro splits or spilt workout for men over 40 I rather see that. Fat burners work even with poor diet like McDonald's js.
