TIP: fill up your bottles as FULL AS POSSIBLE. If there-s air in the bottle, the water will move from side to side - which is a little annoying. I know, training Booty & Abs is our favorite. But don-t neglect your arms! Toned arms, that fit to the rest of your beautiful body. Strong arms, that have enough strength to hold you during a Plank Workouts (haha. No huge, masculine biceps - but also no flabby bingo wings. This workout will NOT make your arm muscles grow big + bulky. It will just make them more defined: ) This is a super fun routine, which seems easy at first. but it will make your arms BURN, I promise. Aaaand I also love the music in this video. Feeling the burn is definitely easier when we can sing along!

I had to do some of the exercises without weights but that's ok!
Pam's videos are always the perfect mix of fun and challenging! Definitely coming back to this one: )
Also, I know for a fact I could not have done the full set of push ups like a month ago (even on the knees) and today I pushed through: ) feels soo good!

i never wanted to do this because i was to lazy to move my legs while working my arms. but today tried it and omfg this is intense! my arms are still shaking wow! also i love the feeling of dropping the weights after using them, my arms felt like they moved on their own hahaha

This was my first ever workout with you. I loved it - my arms died (I had 1 kg wrist weights), I hope I see results in 3 months, I-m 40 and had my baby 2 years ago, baby fat is gone but pre-pregnancy weight of around 15 kgs plus still there, wish me luck -

Since my arms and core are the weakest parts of my body, I couldn't finish the workout with weights on my hands. This is the day I managed to do the whole thing with 1kg weights on both hands. I cried happy tears. I'm so proud of myself -

What workout helps the underarm as my left ubderman is way more defined than my right and i don't know why and I don't know the names of extra workouts I can do to my right arm to help it be as defined as the left underarm.

I am recovering from a pulled hamstring tendon and have been suffering mentally not being able to train BJJ. This got my heart rate up and really put me in a good mood. Thank you!

i normally use 1. 1 kg weights but my sister is using them so iused waterbottels this time and it was much easier i could get throught the workout without any breaks

i always come back to this arm workout because it is my absolute favourite! (and it's hard to have favourites when it comes to working out haha)

I couldn't find any weights, but I can guarantee you that my Rituals day cream felt very heavy after 5 minutes.
