I know you like the 15min Knee Friendly Booty Workout a lot - so it was about time for another alternative for us: ) I hope you enjoy this one as well! It's super important that you THINK about your glutes during every second and try to make them BURN. Make sure you don't release tension and relax at the lower point of the motion (e. g. the lower point of a glute bridge, but rather KEEP the tension during the entire movement and squeeze even more at the upper point of the motion. If you need breaks - TAKE THEM! Don't worry too much about that. You will improve over time: ) that's the best feeling! The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I-m doing 30s for each exercise

okay here we go:
Day 1: 30cm booty (from the front of my tigh to widest part of booty); the workout was hard af, sweating like a pig
Day 2: (3days later) It was pretty easy tbh, distracting myself with series works lmao
Day 3 (a week later): i was really sick so i could not do anything. it was hard af but i pushed through it, you can too!
Day 4: Its hard to grt back into working out regularly. Workout was intense!
i wont come back every day, mostly every 2-3 days: )

This is the first time I'm trying your workouts and they are really hard and at the end I was almost screaming cuz my butt hurt so bad, but as I was done I felt so strong and encouraged to keep going the next day and push further, thank you Pamela: )

I-ve been strugglind with booty lifts since forever because of bone we have in bikini area (English isn-t my native so I don-t know proper name) and it seems like I-ve found a solution: do it on your bed or sofa, you-ll still feel the burn but not in your bones)

I-m 45 and I-ve had 5 major knee surgeries since 1995 from Tennis. I-ve always been trim but cannot play sports or do many things. My 14 yr old was teasing about my loss of butt in the last few years. Hoping this can help because i cannot do squats-

I love this workout so much, it's one of my favourites, I don't know how many times I did it, the only thing I don't like is the song overwhelmed

Have to say this is really hard after rehabilitation from a broken foot, still haven't gained full stability on the leg --
