you don't need to be crazy flexible for this routine! This is Medium Level Are you feeling stiff and tense? Or have sore muscles from working out? This video works perfectly as a cool down after ANY kind of workout, before bed or after waking up! On a positive note: I got soooo much better at stretching regularly since I have a couple of short videos on my channel! 15min or 30min was always a big commitment - but I can convince myself to add 10min as a Cooldown after a workout super easily: ) In this video, we stretch our entire body. Thighs, hip flexors, hamstrings, the sides of our body, spine, shoulders, back & chest. There is a little bit of everything. It was my first time doing this and I am going to do this every morning! But the first time I did it had no yoga mat so some things hurt a little because my floor is so hard -

Day 7 of week 42-241021 ( Today is rest day but I 'm gonna do the day 3 of stretch cause I didn't do it on thursday-

this is my favorite full body stretch from Pam - in my opinion it's even better than the other two 10min fb stretching ones: ) the exercises, the view, the music -

I have mad respect that you can balance on a floating dock. I couldn't even do the airplane on dry land.
