quick, SUPER EFFICIENT and a real challenge! But we can do this together I know, this will be another love-hate-relation ship. But sometimes, I really feel like pushing myself to the limits, breaking a serious sweat and feeling absolutely AMAZING afterwards. I feel like I'm burning calories for another 20min although it already said well done haha. This workout: 1. is a mix out of QUICK MOVEMENTS and ACTIVE BREAKS. You will find Elbow Planks & High Planks Planks in between all the quick movements. Almost feels like a break, but don't forget to keep the core strength! 2. has NEW EXERCISES! Ready for Starfish Jumps (aka. hardcore Jumping Jacks) or Frog Jumps? 3. is really intense but you will feel great afterwards trust me. The MUSIC will keep us going! - Depending on your fitness level, height and weight you will burn between 80-160 kcal. I burned about 90kcal in those 10min (which is a loooot, I'm a small human and I normally burn about 250kcal in a 1h session. If you struggle or need a break: don't worry about it. Take a small rest, get something to drink & continue once you're ready: ) most important is that you don't quit and push yourself

OKAY I just did it tonight & I don't think it's that bad haha! - I either have crazy energy right now or I was tired when we I created the workout and filmed it.

It's good that every video ends with a hold/plank exercise. So at the end of the video you can sit there, stare into nothing and question your life -

I love her workouts killer I just don-t want to bulk up my legs but I know she has exercises to slim the legs I-ve done
