I got no time is no excuse for this routine! Super quick, really intense and: effective This routine burns like heeellllll in my abs! - make sure to keep your LOWER BACK flat on the mat. Only lower your legs as far as possible, so your lower back is not lifting off the mat. This is easier when you really engage your ab muscles and crunch them inwards the entire time. - you can lay your head on the mat, if that's more comfortable. I can feel my abs working more, if I lift my head though. - THINK ABOUT YOUR ABS the entire time: D it's about the mind muscle connection! Lift and lower your legs with the strength of your abs, not your thighs. - for the Crunch Holds - it's not a break. Don't relax! Squeeze your abs for 30s straight. We filmed this video on the Maldives earlier this year: ) I totally forgot about it! Glad I found it again, the setting brings back beautiful memories I hope you like it! No Equipment necessary, no breaks (you're used to it by now I guess) and not much space needed: ) If you need a break tho - take it! Just don't quit! The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I-m doing 30s for each exercise

Hey Guys! So since summer is coming up, I decided that I should try and get 11 line abs: ) So today, I will be starting updating you guys every day for thirty days!
Along with this workout, I will be walking 10k steps a day and doing Lilly Sabri-s four-minute ab workout as a warm-up! (I did this for one day already, but I won-t include that day)
Day 1: Idk why, but this was harder than yesterday- But I feel really motivated; the pain makes me feel like it-s working, lol. Had to take a quick minute break because I got an important phone call.
Day 2: This was brutal no clue why but I was having a rough time-
Day 3: I could feel my upper abs starting to form. I kinda -enjoyed- the pain of this one. It was fun.
Day 4/5: Hey guys! so I had to skip a day because I was staying at a hotel, so I did it today twice! I definitely sweat a lot during this, but it was fun!
Day 6: Getting easier I can feel my upper abs starting to form!
Day 7: One week, Guys! I ate A TON today, so I was hella bloated but not nearly as bloated as I would have been a week ago- im going to try and start eating a bit healthier. The starfish crunches are always brutal -
Day 8: Hey guys, it-s super late, and I really didn-t feel like doing it, but I pushed through, but I put in like no effort, so I will do it twice tomorrow.
Day 9: Hey guys, I-m sick today, but I wanted to stick to my promise. I did it twice today, and it was kinda easy: )
Day 10: Still super sick, but I pushed through; I'm also feeling super bloated, though, because I made some pizza and ate that.
Day 11: super easy today!
Day 12: Hey guys! So I've been waking up with a flat stomach and no lower belly either! Alsp my upper abs are feeling super strong!

Okay I'm gonna do this for 30 days: 3
Coming back everyday
day 1: - very hard felt like dying: ') and two 10sec breaks
day 2: - still very hard but just one 10sec break (2: 51)
day 3: - hard but kinda feels easier, two 5sec breaks
day 4: - hard but feels again kinda easier, one 5sec break
day 5: - definitely easier but still hard, one 10sec break
day 6: - today it felt so much easier (but ofc it was still hard, one 5sec break and I can see a few tiny ab lines already: )
day 7: -
day 8: - it was much easier and I didn't need a break
day 9: - I don't see the ab lines anymore: ')
day 10: - didn' t need a break again: )
day 11: - I can see some tiny ab lines again: D
day 12: -
day 13: - today it was very hard dk why
day 14: - skipped two days sry

Thank you so much for your videos! After 3 kids, I never thought I'd get my body back again, but I'm getting back to my best and feeling so much healthier and better about myself. Your videos are perfect, as I don't have a lot of time for myself to exercise, and yet somehow, they work better for me than when I would spend hours at the gym. Thank you for helping me get back to my best!

Day 1: AHHHH No literally this is soo painful -

Day 2: It was only easier bc i was listening to doja
(Round 2: Dolphin plank HURRT)
Day 3: OMG IT HURT SOOO BAD AFTER CRUCH HOLD 1 I WAS LAUGHING IN PAIN
(Round 2: A bit better still got ne laughing tho)
Day 4: IT BURNSS

Okay, since everyone is doing it, i'm going to do the 1 month challenge too (or at least 1week)-
Day 1: -(so i choosed death)
Day 2: -(and i did it with my 2 other workouts, am I masochist)
Day 3: - (missed it, and i dont even have excuses)

Please don-t give up even when you start to see the lines! We have to make this a lifestyle-
I have been doing for 3 weeks and i was intermittent fasting. Now lines are visible after working out and this is my first time in life seeing the lines- I have 10kg excess but even when I lose weight I want to continue

good workout but me and my best mate couldn-t make it through the first exercise without absolutely letting it rip. had to repeat atleast 6 times and never got anywhere. i do feel like my bowels have been emptied, so that might be a positive. will not use this for exercise, will however use it as a laxative.

HI guys i want to try this! (I am sorry for possible errors but I am Italian ) I do this with other lily sabri abs challenge
day 1: my stomach REAllY burns
day 2: same thing from the day 1: )
day 3: I think it's very diffcult but I am proud of myself: 3

I started seeing results two weeks later and my stomach is now very flat with some visible marks.
I could also see a small change after a week. Thank's to you -

Oh my gosh Pamela dear are you trying to kill me - this felt longer than the 22 min dance workout I did before it tysm you're the best
