who's joining a 30-day challenge? Let's slideeeee into the New Year with an elegant split haha. Let's do this routine every day (maybe even 2x) and fingers crossed we can get our splits fast! / Anzeige So: I USED to be able to do them. And then I stopped stretching and I totally lost it: D but I remember: it loved the feeling & the simple fact that I can do the splits lol. Those stretches are fully targeted on hip mobility, hamstring & thigh flexibility. This is necessary to slideeee into a front split. Who's joining my challenge? You can use #PamMakesMeSplit to share your progress with me! You can do this after any kind of workout, as a wake-up stretch in the morning or before yu go to bed: ) there is no wrong timing here. No Equipment needed. Just prepare a soft surface like a yoga mat or towel: )

I-ve been doing these stretches almost every day for 2 weeks or so and I-m seeing results! I wasn-t able to keep my hands flat on the floor while keeping my legs straight and next to each other. I can easily do that rn + I-m getting closer to the actual splits! I-m also feeling like i-m a lot more flexible, which just makes me feel better in general: )

I'm so excited to start: D going to bed now after workout so i'll start tomorrow on 12 april 2022 -
Day 1: done! It was a little bit hard, didn't expect that honestly xD
Day 2: i think i messed up. my leg hurt so much i had to stop: (

Really good routine!
The only critique I have: there is a slight mismatch between the music suitable for a breakupscene in the Vampire Diaries and me origamied into a prezel in the pigeon+ extra stretch: D

My knee started bleeding and was getting all over my mat. And my knee. And after finishing these stretches, my legs are shaking XD.

It works me and my sis did it for five days and I got we splits but I'm still going to be doing the stretches tho

After doing this stretching routine for a week I went from being around 10cm to about 5 cm away from the floor-
