Need a good band shoulder workout? I've got you covered. Sets & Reps: Single Arm (21's variation): 4 sets - 20/20/20reps Single Rear Delt Wall Flys: 3 sets - 20 reps (each) Lying SLOW + Static Hold Rear Delt Flys: 3 sets - 20 reps (each) Opened Arms Anterior Delt Raise: 4 sets - 20 reps Don't let staying at home or lack of equipment as an excuse for why you can't get results. You can make some serious progress with somethings as simple as an exercise band

That muscle connection you are always talking about is fun to find working out at home. Takes more time and adjustments, but when I get it. It-s makes complete sense how important it is. THX

Could you do a video on potential -squat-/leg workouts possible with dumbbells? I have two 50 lbs dbs, two 65 lbs dbs, two 85 lbs dbs and one fixed 90 lbs barbell. My only option right now I can think of are squats with the 90 lbs and romanians with the 85 lbs. Any additional ideas would be super appreciated!

Whenever I workout, stretch, yoga etc. My dogs also like to 'spot' and check out my form. A guy can't NOT take a minute to give some love to his best friend(s.
Next time you add another cut-a-way to 'what it actually sounds like' put a squeak (dog toy) in there.

Got a question brother? I got my 54 yr old lab rat, were trying to put some pump into the old thing. My female rat is doing- GW 1516 for her- how long do we keep her on it for cycles? All I can find is 4 on 4 off. Does this mean u can run it non stop?

I love my K Bands, I always use them at the end of each weighted set - its a killer and so much time under tension. Im excited to try these variations out tonight, great Job Ryan, and again lovely pooch in the video!

Resistance bands have literally kept me from being depressed from the gyms being closed. Once you accept that the old routine is over-you just find another way. Please upload more for leg, abs, and chest exercises using bands.

Many many thanks. I've been looking for something new for shoulders with resistance. These are awesome. Question about the chair exercise, was the band under your heels for that or did you secure it under the chair legs?
