Dumbbell Back Workout At Home - (Light Weight = BIG GAINS)

Ready for a back workout that tears up your back and you only need dumbbells? No joke some of the angles I didn't even get to film because my back was so blown up. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't make progress only doing at home workouts with minimal weight. I guarantee if you crank up the intensity through slowing the movement, partial reps and complete pauses then you can make even the lightest weight tear up those muscle fibers

Stumbled across your website and thank God I had a few dumbells up to 30lbs and bands so I was somewhat prepared for the gym closure. I am tempted to get the PowerBlock as I just need heavier weights. I see that you are using them are you happy with them and do you have the pro version. Great content and being at home forces you to really focus on slowing down the weight and I can pretty much workout late at night when everyone is sleep without worrying about missing the gym if I miss an am session. That again and great content!

I have a pair of 20lb and 10lb dumbells plus a couple lighter bands and I've been getting some good workouts in with lite weight high rep plus bodyweight stuff, Also been fast walking 2 - 3 miles a day too, Actually feeling pretty good about the workouts and been doing them outside to get some Fla sunshine and boost up my vitamin D and immune system! Fitness and diet have been pretty good during lockdown, I just ordered a set of heavier bands so I'm anxious for those to arrive soon! Good stuff and keep it up, B safe everyone

Ryan, I am notified of your new videos, and I watch them as soon as they come out. I am absolutely respectful to what is going on in the world right now. May those who take care of others be well. I am as of today, still one of the lucky ones that can say I am healthy so far and doing my best to adapt. Those of you, and myself, who are working out from home, lets get at this! Let's come out on the other side looking strong and healthy, not saggy and beat up. Bless ya'll!

-So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I. e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell. But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive. but! Overall quality --bestgym. equipment-- and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell. -

Ryan, I am 59 years old. 4 years ago I was in very rough shape mentally and physically. I started working out on my own and developed some sort of a better body and mind. I started watching your videos a bit ago and find them incredibly helpful. You-re explanation is simple. Believe me, go look at your competition. Thank you very much for keeping me fit.

You-ve done a No Equipment back workout and a dumbbell back workout so far
You haven-t done a body weight back workout, using the pull up bar. Most people have pull up bars and would like to use them
Hope you can cover this soon. Pull up variations to hit different parts of the lats/back etc

We appreciate those partials and different ways to attack muscles you prescribe. I've added many to my routine and love the burn they give. What would you recommend to specifically strengthen the back along the spine with weights no heavier then 50 lb?

Get muscles like me, I got 7kg of lean muscle mass in two months only. I visited website called Agoge Diet, they provided me with 30 days diet meal plan and training plan. Their tips helped me to gain muscles as well.

So you-re second workout where you-re trying to reciprocate the cable extension for your back. Is it normal to feel like it-s working your triceps alittle? I definitely feel it in my back but also in the tri-s
