Thank you so much for this videos, I-m a hermit lol so I-m always at home I hate the gym cause it gives me social anxiety really badly and thanks to this videos where I don-t need machines I might actually start loosing weight properly, just a request and I hope you actually could help, since I-m starting and plus I have arthritis could you make a video about effective low impact exercises or exercises that won-t make me get stuck in bed (it has happened lol not fun)

I just discovered your bodyweight exercises, am so implementing these in my routine, thanks! Stopped going to the gym since this whole virus thing, instead I go running every morning and end it with at least 30 minutes of bodyweight exercises at the park, always on the lookout for something new, better than what I am doing. so THANKS

That's fukin awsome dynamic movements that actually work I am still sore but I no its working with proper res periods through out training. lock down is hard but not as hard as this if u do it right gains are on man keep us all working man shit hot abb work out yea still sore!

Love your videos! Best online training to find by a long shot! Can you do a shoulder session with no equipment? I can do pull ups on a tree push ups for chest but shoulders give me a hard time to get deep, since I have barbells or any other. Keep it up, you are amazing!

Ryan, you should do a full body dumbbell workout!
With this whole isolation thing goin on, I'm having to get creative in my workouts using the few dumbbells I have here at home. And I'd love it if you could post a full body dumbbell workout. I love your content!

I just want to say, thank you man. genuinely. I have done your workouts since this video came out and its been 7 months. Ive gone from 200 lbs to 140 lbs, and now ive just been maintaining my weight, il be trying to drop to 135 soon. thank you

Hey Ryan I need some help. Ive battled lower back / disc issues for years to the point where it spasms and Im locked up very painful. Besides abs what would you recommend to strengthen my core abs and back? Love the videos

Tried the second exercise then I don-t know what happened must have flipped and bumped the TV stand with my legs as everything fell from the stand I saw Ryan-s face like he was saying you-re F-- Buddy.
