Training at home with few equipments and bands gave me huge pump, and also taught me patience. I'm not planning on going back to the gym after this fake storm ends. I'm buidling my own gym with simple stuff.
I use pillows to mimic a bench, a flat, incline, or decline, they all give me the same, if not better, results.
I have never ever stopped workingout no matter how hard life gets. People who make excuses will never get anywhere, and probably will end up being the worst version of themselves pretty soon. If it works for Ryan, for me, and for others, it'll definitely work for you too.

I'm working on my 2nd push pull split. And this helped answer a question I was confused on. Which was, they say chest triceps and shoulders are on push day. But front and side raises are a pull motion, so I guess does the actual exercise (push or pull) matter just so long as your hitting the right muscle groups on the right day? Sorry if that sounds confusing it's hard to explain.
Complete noob here trying to workout at home with body weight and resistance bands as that's all I have.

Thanks for this. I was wondering how to do triceps with bands and couldn't figure it out. I do have a request/question though. Is it possible to do some band work for quads and hamstrings also? Reason being is that I've had three knee surgeries in the past and always used the leg curl machines in the gym to help strengthen the muscles around the knee and my hammys. Since the gym closures I can feel the weakness in them. I have dumbbells also. Any suggestions would be a great help!

Since the lockdown in my country I have been following your way to continue building up muscles using the band only. You have the technic illustrated all in short videos easy to understand. It-s very effective with good result though without the equipment like we are in the gym. Really really awesome. Thanks bro. ---

Obliques! Really trying to burn off fat around my sides and belly. I feel like I can do a million crunches but obliques make me feel like I-m actually building muscle around my mid section. I-ve been doing a lot of resistance band stuff lately which seems to be working, but some tips and examples would be killer.

My other, good bands yes. These were post apocalypse, what's left on Amazon purchases, so they're the poopy, hollow tube, ones. But have the much needed door anchor. Making it work. Figuring it out. Day by day. We got plenty of time. Thanks for your help though! Be safe

On future videos with bands I-d like if you showed more of your foot placement and how you are positioning the bands. Most of your videos only show top half of your body despite anchoring the band somewhere on the bottom half. Thanks!

Oh my GOD man you just changed my life with that tip about taking the resistance bands under the armpits for presses. It's so obvious, but I've somehow been doing it the noob way for several years. I owe you a beer.

Thank you for all the band workouts. Its been extremely helpful for me. I haven't seen a pull workout with bands yet. If you can show a few exercises with that, my workouts will be complete. Thanks for everything Ryan.
