Ready to blow your legs up at home! Let's get after it. Today I hit some legs with bodyweight only exercises and believe me it was rough. When you really concentrate on getting the most out of every contraction then you won't need weight, you'll wish you didn't have any. For those who need sets & reps: Reverse Lunges (either adductor/full leg/glute focused): 4 sets - 20 reps (each) Bodyweight Jefferson Squats/Deads: 3 sets - 20 (reps/side) Pistol Squat: 3 sets to failure Single Leg Bodyweight Stiff Leg Deadlifts: 4 sets - 15 reps (each - slow) Single Leg Squat Calf Raise: 3 sets - 20 reps (each)

Thanks brother for all your improvised home exercises for us in this time.
Although, I'm not home getting stiff, I'm out wrenching keeping those essential trucks on the road. So I'm still in my evening workout routine.
Your bi variations of angle and geometry have been nailing mine in ways I never have.
Thanks again for all you post, I put much value in what you instruct.

I just want to say, I absolutely love your videos. Such great information, variations in technique to really push or get different areas of muscle groups. And I really appreciate your general attitude. So fun to watch these videos, get a great pump in fairly simply, and just feel great! Thanks for what you share!

the advantage of having small feet and hands is that i virtually have never done calves and forearms but still they're fully developed. the disadvantage though is that i can't really do anything to modify the looks of my forearms and calves because they're big enough already.

Hey Ryan, love your videos especially now with all the gyms closed. Really helped me out with all the at home work outs. How many reps and sets do you normally suggest for these body weight exercises? Thanks again for looking out

Hi! Good video.
It would be nice if you did a longer video where people could follow along with you. Also recs on number of sets etc would be helpful, unless that is too beginner level for your target audience. Thanks!

Pls add subtitle (it's genuine request and a polite one too. Cause sometimes your just fast. Some of us can't understand it and we miss most of the important facts. So we have to rely on visual.
Thanks in advance

I am a 51 year old with CRPS/RSD. What can I do to help me loose some belly fat since I cannot do sit ups. I can't do sit ups because I have three different batteries implanted for pain management.

I'm sure you just hear this a lot, but your legs are amazing! You look like you have never skipped let day in your whole life. Thanks for this vid. It gives me some options when I want more variety.

Something I've always been taught is not to allow the knee to extend beyond to toes, but Ryan is doing that repeatedly in this video. For people who have bad knees that could be a real problem.

Dude, I've been doing your at home workouts for push, pull and legs this past week and a half and it is kicking my ass! I haven't hurt this much in a long time. Thanks for the great vids!
