Can you do a video with a short lower back home workout (no equipment. resistance bands should be fine too, as long as it doesn't require an external anchor) in the form of a superset or tri-set? Maybe a couple of at-home exercises for the hamstrings, too? I'm not heading back to the gym anytime within the next couple of years, so home is where it's at for me. Love your videos, BTW!

Thoughts on curling with the hand behind the body? I-ve been doing what I call -walking the reluctant dog- curls with a resistance band tied to a stack of paving stones to replicate what I used to do with a cable machine and it produces an insane strain and pump at the end of the contraction, where things are usually at the easiest. Anyway, thanks for the videos!

Really glad you keep putting videos out. I work for the school system and here in Georgia they-ve been shut down since middle of March. I still get paid thankfully, but I don-t have much do or anywhere to go, so I like being able to look forward to new variations to try in my dumpy home workout with my pink dumbbells. You-re doing good work, man. Thanks.

Can-t thank you enough. All the tweaks you do really have made a ton of difference. Been working out for over twenty years and between you and the band exercises I find online, I feel that I had been stuck in a workout rut and had stopped making gains. I-m hoping this makes a difference. It feels like it does. This ole man is whipped.

My reaction after watching this is -Holy shit, this guy is gonna be the next big thing-. So direct to the point, no long talks until the actual information and I love the mood of the video. It feels warm and cozy like you're just at home with him. Love the camera works as well.

Thanks Ryan. Question. I'm considering dropping my gym nembership. Its on a temporary suspension because of the virus. I'm wary on how safe it's going to be. I have weights at home but I enjoyed some of the other amenities at the gym. What are your thoughts on that?

My home routine out of necessity now includes mostly chin-ups and pull ups with some dumbbell work and I have gotten growth on biceps. Funny how body weight excercises especially with a chinning bar has done more for my arms than what I was doing with weights in gym!
