Big Biceps Workout (START TRAINING LIKE THIS)

Need a new bicep workout to put some size on! Let-s get after it. Wanted to make a video to stress how important it is to crank up the intensity no matter what body part you-re training. My opinion is that you can get any muscle to grow no matter what your genetics are. They may not be as full and round as someone else-s but there is no doubt in my mind that even if biceps are your weakest muscle, if you attack them hard enough your body will have no choice but to respond. Sets & Reps: - Seated Cable EZ Curls (Slight Lean) - Ascending + Depending Sets: 3 Sets / 20 Reps (Increase weight until you fail to get 20 then start dropping weight until you get back where you started) - Supinated DB Tri Set (Incline, Regular, Leaned Forward): 3 Sets / 20 Reps Each - Drag Curls SS Reverse Drags: 3 Sets / 20 Reps Each - Single Arm Reverse Cable: 3 Sets / 20 Reps

Ryan I watch your videos all the time- I-m 60 and have had some injuries that impact my training and gains- namely clavicle is 1- back on left side and left elbow was shattered (both from mountain bike accident. I cannot put the palm up on left arm. Bicep head doesn-t fully get pumped. Tricep does because arm doesn-t completely straighten which keeps contraction better on left than right- how do I grow the bicep and get a peak on left arm? Told all the time that look good for 60- shitty compliment that doesn-t mean anything I want to be told I look good period!

Mission accomplished. Luckily I was alone in the gym and did not have to run through people to the trash can. Can't remember the last time a gym only work out has summoned the demons. Added the tris workout to this one and I think that got me. I apologize now to the poor person that had to come into that murder scene in the trash can. I can still get in my gym so I guess the overemphasized -Sorry- to the gym camera after worked. Well done sir. Well done.

60 years old but really having trouble destroying my biceps with the exception of a little LT tendon soreness in my left arm. Tried all of this + overtraining (lol. Next try tomorrow will be 35+ reps or something different. Just really weird. Maybe I shouldn't be gauging from next/2 day soreness, but I'm old/old school so all I know.

you certainly have creative ways to break the boredom. However, the guy in the corner grunting with twenty pound dumbbells will never. and I repeat NEVER embody the true spirit of lifting. If the narcissistic endeavor of how you look is more important than strength, go to France and become an underwear model.

Question for everyone. I have shit arm genetics so for a workout plan instead of push/pull/legs could I do push/pull/arms&legs/off/repeat. Or is this not enough rest for the arms. Please let me know. I just feel like arms are put to the side at the end of the workout.

Question: im assuming youre telling us to do 20 reps every set we do, but the workout like the cable where we go up in weight every set and we get to a point we can't hit 20 reps what do we do? just finish the set with us failing at like 12 or whenever we fail?

Everyone says to get the full range of motion in every rep. One the EZ curls you didn't, and on a lot of stuff you dont, and I'm wondering why! I'd love to know the science behind full ROM and not! Love your vids! Thanks!

I could really use some forearm training suggestions -- thanks for everything, you put more information into five minutes than any other in twenty.
Ok I found it by myself - hang in there, excellent Job!
