I've been on these for a few months now. Yep, it's official, I hate you. and I'd use bad language, but you've got that covered for all of us (ha) Yeh, I put this chest workout up there with the insane, ball-breaking leg workout you posted a while back. I barely survive both workouts these days. and yeh, there's gains to the point that I could probably go a Mansier or Bro, depending on which episode of Seinfeld you've watched. Yep, this works. there's gains. Note: I've learned to bring a spare pair of underpants just in case this workout goes number 2. Thanks again, from Australia (yep, lockdown 3. 0 here. and counting.

Ryan, Love the work out tips you give, I've really taken a different approach to all my workouts. Feeling it allot more and seeing the gains. Although I'm still having trouble developing my upper chest, doing more incline exercises, I feel it, just not seeing it. Any and all advice will be appreciated. Thanks!

Edmonton Alberta Canada. I have a decent gym set up in my basement.
1) No lock-down
2) No douche-canoe hogging the equipment
3) I don't have to worry about looking like a donkey trying to tweak my form
4) ALL my dogs (3) can come and play
5) Just one asshole
It doesn't suck

Damn great advice im 42 yr old marine 0311 grunt first in the 03 thick stuff- im not offended by shit i lived it - panty waste culture now think working out is tucking your nuts in yoga pants- you sir are what men once were lol my wife says i should stop cussing- i told her ok- thats all-

Asheville North Carolina. Gyms open. I-m going to golds once or twice a week. I can only go on my days off because it gets busy such that it feels unsafe if I go in the evening after work. Still getting it in though, through hiking, light dumbbells at home. Digging the videos.

Yall, I only discovered the existence of this man yesterday, my life is changed!
But I'm from South Africa, Cape Town, 3 months ago (when this vid was uploaded) we still had no gyms, but it opened up in beginning of Oct and honestly, I wish I got to see this page eralier

You certainly offer some interesting alternatives to the traditional mindset. I like how you explain each movement. I live in MA and thankfully many years ago put a gym in my house. Commercial gyms here right now are closed I believe as the politicians have us back in phase 2.

I don't mind the vulgarities and dirty mouth or jokes. I'm quite twisted, demented and dark with alot of rage and anger, but I can control it. I'm not just going to go crazy and shoot up a place or punch holes in a wall. Maybe that's why I usually go hard when I workout.

Gym is open here in Virginia Beach.
Thanks for sharing this chest workout video. The exercises sure wasn-t easy. I got gains in my chest and it even helped me to grow more ball hair like you said. My fellow nudist friends did notice both gains. Thanks brother

Lets just say I might hit failure before 15 incline, 15 fly then regular. I have been doing some of your workouts for about 2-3 weeks now, really like how most exercises help target the specific muscle. I am in decent shape, but have been sore from each workout
