Beginner Workout Q & A (COLD HARD TRUTH)

Took a few questions from beginners yesterday and these were my responses (Some not so politically correct) Definitely still need to run through a few more questions about training, diet and other beginner workout mistakes but I didn't want to make this video too long so if you want another let me know. Leave a comment for the video you want next and get after it!

Iconic conversation on morals. you dodge the pigeon and Paralyze a kid for Morals. the Pigeon then gets caught by a Bald Eagle. he SHREDS it! Poops on your Windshield and you lose control and flip your car into oblivion! you are then just as paralyzed as the kid not wearing shoulder pads. KARMA Take a Dozen MORAL vegans and dump them into the wilderness with nothing but a pair of clippers. then lets see where your Morals are. Instinct will kick in. sure that leaf is. ok, but when that Fish, or Quail and rabbit go by. and eat your leaf. yea. your face will be bloody. i love Vegans! but when they play the MORAL role. yea. not so much. its written justification for your mindset. so eat eat all plants and live life fully. but to justify it with the Moral card is Childish.

If you troll your comments and see this post, please pat yourself on the back for motivating not only me but ALL of you followers. I won't swing from your balls but I will respectfully remind you that you're always hitting a major point in your videos. You never leave out that this is what works for you. Obviously everyone developes at a different rate, and frankly your insight is game changing. Thank you. No questions to ask here. But would like a humble request of maybe a -day in the diet of Ryan-. I along with countless followers would enjoy seeing how we could tweak things outside of the gym too. Food for thought, don't forget a shout out! Keep fitness trending brother.

Interesting. I-ve been following your training methods for the past six months or so and have enjoyed success from them. As a long-time lifter myself, I have found your approach to be innovative and refreshing. I-m not a Vegan so I don-t really -resonate with the concept of the -morally obligated and not feeling like a POS. - To be honest, it put me off a bit because it sounded like you were saying that everyone that is not a Vegan, is -a POS. - Maybe that was the message you were going for, maybe not, I don-t know. Either way, this is still the United States, at least for now, and to each their own. I do appreciate your training videos.

Maybe this is a dumb question or maybe it isn't but what is the best way to stretch prior to working out. I'm 40 and decided to make that life change and be healthier and fit so I'm around to a know my kids for a long time. How ever I'm on hold do too tearing three tendons in my left shoulder. I assume not stretching properly is the main cause and probably more. Just wanted to ask.

When you said -overdeveloped-, did your meaning include naturally overdeveloped athletes too? Does the BRO split work for naturals too? I'm using it right now and hitting muscles hard but I just wanna know if it's optimal? These fckn annoying recent studies say that your muscle will be dormant after that 48 hour anabolic window, what are your thoughts about that Ryan?

Ryan, any chance you could provide a transcript with your videos? Unfortunately, a lot of what you say is lost to your mumbling or inaudible level of speech despite repeated replay. Also, your workout advice is excellent, but your inane attempt at humour leaves a lot to be desired. Maybe it's just your delivery. Anyhow, just something to think about. Have a great day!

Love your content. I only have three days a week max to be able to work out. Multiple jobs, kids etc. I really want to know the best way to workout/ which muscle groups to work each of the three days to maximize my work outs and gains. I was at my most out of shape recently and I never want to go back to that again. Would love your input. Thanks

I love my Rogue stainless barbell. Absolutely awesome bar.
I-m still pretty much in the beginner range but because of the impact squats and deadlifts have on my resting blood glucose (T1 diabetic) I-ve gone to a Push/pull split. Alternating M/W/F maybe it-s not the best answer but it sure helps keep my insulin consumption down.

Didn-t like the joke about hitting the kid not the pigeon but apart from that interesting as usual. Don-t necessarily agree with it all but it-s also hard to argue with a bloke that looks like Ryan. Imagine how big he-d be if he trained full body 7 days a week like me-
