Hey Ryan, love the vids! I've been applying your training method of 15+ reps and lighter weights, and I definitely feel the contraction in the muscle groups way more than I ever did -ego lifting. - I have a question for you: I'm 7 months recovering from a minor pec tear, and I can finally do light pressing motions and flys. Is there anything you'd recommend I do differently in the gym to help regain stability and strength in the recovering pec/shoulder area, or should I just use caution and really focus on lighter weights? Thanks!

Hey Ryan, love your content!
So much information out there it's hard to make out what works or not.
I'm a beginner, and have been training full body every other day, it's ok, but I spend 2 hours in the gym and the other day I rest has i think I should. but sometimes I still want to go to the gym. I feel I could get a more efficient split, but there is the fear of over training, and undertraining.
What's your take on frequency and full body splits/ more efficient splits?
Regards.
Nuno from Portugal/Netherlands.

Hey Ryan, I've been following all of your dumbbell only workouts for the last couple of months while I've been trying to get back in shape. One thing I've been wondering is about how to sequence these over the week to achieve enough recovery and re-activation of the muscle groups. Since I'm at home most days I've been cycling through Chest+Back, Arms, Shoulders+Legs and twice a week and then a rest day, but this may not be ideal. Appreciate any feedback, and thank you so much for making these videos.

My problem is I have such a hard time hitting the correct area. Im new to working out and I got a friend who has worked out for years helping me get the basics, yet I never hit the right area. Today I did bench and even though I went through and focused on my form I feel like I bearly hit my chest, I really want those good contractions but I work really hard but I never get that good connection. Anyone have any tips?

Ur real dude & that's hugely refreshing! I've been at it too long to look as crappy as I do but as u say -u cant out train a sh-t diet- I'm single & broke & definitely not in a positive place. You mentioned -weird exercises- & I'd love it if you open up a segment of -viewers weird exercises- & break them down from your experience!

Ryan - I love your videos bro, but come on, you got more than this. I tuned in to hear a real list of significant errors with suggestions and corrections. I gave you a thumbs up out of overall appreciation for what you do, but this is not one of your better videos. Keeping it real, keeping the respect, and looking forward to your next.

Ryan, you keep saying get your diet on lock, but I was like no! I got to eat all the muffins and donuts. Had a procedure, and was told to stay off the Dr Pepper for a couple days. Decided to track my calories and stay away from the junk, and eat my normal stuff. Lost 7 pounds this week. It's not that clean, but whatevs. Thanks man!

Hi Ryan, I-m dedicated follower since beginning 2020, I-m making more progress than ever before. Thx for that. Working with less heavier weights seams in my benefit but one question about the 20-30 reps. I feel I run out of breath before I -damage- my muscles what can you advise me?

I'm starting to realize that all of his videos are basically just him saying the same things over and over and over and over and over again, just using slightly different words and in a different video to keep you guys thinking he's actually feeding you new information
