today at the gym i tried what you showed and decided to superset it with biceps. so when i did the long head, i did wide grip bar curls, both sets were of 21s but, more like 10s, i proceeded to do the same when i hit the lat head, moved to narrow grip bar curls, and when i did the medial head, i went straight to hammer curls, and i actually raised my arms up in the air, and waved them like i didn't care, actually, i didn't wave them, but i do get what you meant by doing, all that blood rushing to my arm was intense, at one point i could not reach across my chest to touch my shoulders. now i had to modify a bit due that i need to be at work in 2hrs. i have to admit, i wasn't sure if it would have worked but bruuh, my arms and triceps feel a bit soar, thank you! btw, your a vegan, didn't see that coming! #blessedday

Guys, don't be anal about metal weights.
-just put some sand in a travel bag and you can do any of your two arm isolation movements or one arm neutral grip presses (from flat bench to overhead press) or rows or curls or whatever. -
Or get two travel bags of 80 litre volume (that will take up up to 120 kilo of sand each, rig a seatbelt strap into a handle if you can lift something that heavy) and do your dumbell presses rows and everything for upper body, for lower body and posterior chain moves go high rep.
Being without a gym doesnt mean you have to lift light weights.

Dumbest? I was doing skull crushers with a heavy barbell (heavy for me. It was too much weight and my form sucked. I was just completing my last rep when a gym rat walking by hollers: -Get those elbows together! - And he bent over and pushed my elbows together. The weight instantly dropped. On the bridge of my nose. It bounced up once then back down again. I woke up about two minutes later with blood all over the place and a broken nose. The guy had left the gym.

I recently found Ryan, very happy. I've been working out for over 50 yrs. I started out skinny so it was always about getting bigger and stronger. A attitude I should by know abandon but I can't. Anyway, I like what Ryan says and does. My only concern which hopefully is wrong is doing the high reps (which feels good) I will gain size but not so much strength. Maybe I'm still vain but I want to be as strong as I look.

Dummest thing i've ever done, had a 67 oldsmobile in High School, I was changing a tire on it in my driveway by our motor home in New Mexico, my mom called me in to do something. 'Lug nuts were only finger tight. Two weeks later, I'm driving home from school. big THUD! SCRAPE! Car frame hits the ground, wheel i lost rolls straight past my drivers window and into the sunset. True story. I saw it roll right by.

As far as bodybuilding goes, probably the dumbest thing I've ever done when I was younger was to squat heavy in the basement without anyone around the spot me and without the proper racking system, but probably worst (dumbest) of all, no collars (didn't have any at the time! Let's just say the results weren't pretty! And my left trap still feels it today many, many years later!

These are the angles that these so called famous body builders hit but never tell their followers who want to look like them. But here-s this man telling all these things for free. You-re my hero Sir. I gained so much info and physical benefits in these two weeks of following you that I didn-t have in my two years of training. Thank you very much!

Or you could stick to the basics, do 10 sets of skull crushers, aim for 10-12 reps, do each set till failure, modify the weight accordingly to be in the specified rep range and not do funny shit. And you will have huge triceps. And if you want really big triceps like Ryan's just use steroids along with skull crushers.
