Let's I can always tell how good of a workout/video it is when halfway through I'm like Am I done yet. because it's just beating me down. This was one of those days. These exercises tore up my triceps and I think you're going to really love/hate this workout!

This question is on nutrition, I know the video is on Triceps but it's the newest so I figured my question has a better chance of being seen.
My plan currently has my calorie intake at, 32% carbs, 21% fat and 47% protein.
I'm thinking of going to, 19% carbs, 33% fat and 48% protein.
What are your thoughts on this?

His videos are always real and helpful. I-m having great results. Arnold talks a lot about muscle confusion. I-m always mixing it up and the results are much better than I expected. Sometimes I destroy myself and am no good for the next workout. I just do different variations that I can do. It-s fun and makes it challenging.

I wanted to try this bench supported tricep technique today at the gym but couldn't make it work correctly. Unfortunately, we don't have benches that are tall enough in order to do that tricep exercise. Had to stick with cables and other db variations. I like these non standard variations. Keep throwing new things at us

Ryan: do it this way, it sucks worse and it works.

Great vid as always. But could I ask, not to be rude, your weight and height? I mean I-m guessing 6, 2 ish. But I-m guessing you-re lighter than you look even with all that mass. Anyway, if you don-t mind. Just overwhelmingly curious. Haha. Take care.

Hey Ryan I just wanted to say thank you! I've tried everything, especially lifting heavy and nothing has worked until now. I was really skeptical about lifting light. But I did what you said and I'm finally seeing results. So thanks so much!

I-ve been binge watching these videos before going to bed. Excited for this week to begin training this way. I-ve already been getting results from this last year of just sticking to the basics.

First 2 exercises don't do terrible on your shoulders and elbows especially the second one third exercise waste of time and effort last one don't even bother with pumping doesn't mean growth

Thank you so much Ryan for sharing your knowledge. In Puerto Rico, gyms have been closed for months already and this triceps workout is great and besides that, you can do it at home.
