during my time I really started getting passionate about health, wealth, fitness and wellness overall. Bodybuilding became a passion of mine. Now, Im a small framed ectomorph and has always been challenging to gain or maintain weight. Anyway, since I came home march 2021 I had initially struggled with being able to eat food (i. e. Diet change, nutritional imbalances etc. That being said. You're awesome man. I love your content. much love and respect

dont take advice from people on steroids, its the steroids that make them look this way. its impossible to achieve this guys physic w/o them. if they arent open about it, or make some kind of disclaimer beforehand, stop buying into their bs. wanna grow chest? bench, wait a day, then bench again, only this time use more weight or do more reps. its simple, but if you want to look like a freak of nature, do steroids, its easier and faster

LMAO, -You're a hero of your own f'kin' story. - Actually God is the Hero to any story, but yes -physical training may only be beneficial for awhile, (unlike spiritual training that's beneficial for eternity, - but it does help fight off addictions, depression, and health issues. So although God wants ALL to be addicted to Him, I think he'd rather see His children treating their temple GOOD, rather than harming it.

I haven-t bought the 30 day workout yet, but have been adding and incorporating exercises from these videos, and the results are starting to show. Three weeks ago I started adding this new mindset, from your videos, and I-ve already started getting compliments at the gym. I-m a retired soldier and have worked out all my life. After incorporating these exercises, I feel like I got fit by a happy accident. Thanks!

As a man who's been obese nearly all his life. These video's have been AWESOME for me. I know its been nearly a year since posted but I'm glad i found this. I was 295lbs on April 29th 2021. Today June 10 2021 I'm 260lbs. Ive got a long journey to go I know, but I'm a 32 year old dad and. well. I wanna live to see my kids graduate! thank you for the content!

the barrell press - squeezing the dumbells together doesn't really do that much as the direction of resistance is horizontal and not vertical. The moment your elbows are fully extended, the stress on the chest ends. Yes you get a fuller contraction on the pecs when you squeeze the dumbbells together, but there's no resistance in that part of the movement.

Are these supposed to be super-sets or 15-20 or 20-30 reps sets? I just do everything as a drop weight superset & feel like a giant weakling lol
I-m living in Guatemala & can do most of the workouts with machines & dumbbells they have here, just trying to get the target reps without cheating

OK, so today I hit 205 for 1 rep max on flat bench, I weigh 132 pounds with sneakers on. Is that decent? Everyone at the gym acted like I should be proud, but I don't know if they're just being nice. I'm 38 years old 5ft4in 132, I have no idea what is good for my size, but I am making progress

Today-s workout:
Barrel press w 3 sec hold at the bottom
20 reps 3 sets
Decline press dips, shirt off
20 reps 3 sets
High, medium and low cable flys
20 reps each 3 reps
Dumbbell pullovers with pre set (coffin press)
20 reps 3 sets
