Hey Ryan would be interested if you could do a full body opposing superset work out. I-m using a program from another influencer but they seem to be a lot of basic lifts for the general populous. Fairly new to the technical side of lifting. Before was the guy throwing around weight not knowing what body part was supposed to be target and no regard to form and shit. Trying to implement your killer exersize but my novisness(yes I made up a word) is making me second guess I-m implementing the correct work out. Thank buddy love the videos. Ps the influencer I-m following now has a full app with hundreds of workouts. Would be something cool for you to get in to!

As Ryan mentioned for people with lower back problems and disc problems, start to work your core. I have 3 bulging discs in my lower back. After 2 years of physical therapy, medical massage, acupuncture, chiropractic treatments and nothing helped and avoiding surgery I slowly started incorporating what core exercises I could and I'm back to being able to do compound movements again. Stay away from sit ups and crunches obviously. Try doing leg raises, front and side planks for very short time periods. I could only do 10 second planks before the pain stopped me, now I'm back up to 1 minute. I hope this helped someone

Hi Ryan, I love your videos! Do you have a video on different ways to train calves w/o machines? My home gym has only free weights and I usually only do either bodyweight standing calf raises or use a dip chain with a dumbbells for added weight. Seated calf raises seem kind of akward with free weights. My dumbbells are adjustable up to 71. 5 lbs but the ends aren't very wide.

I've been trying these god-forsaking pull ups for AGES, and still not able to get even just ONE. This is effin frustrating. And here comes Ryan saying that -I don't care if you are a beginner-. Does this mean that men can do pull ups throughout their whole life, doesn't matter what shape they are in, even if they are beginners? Double frustrating. :(

Finally a guy who mentions DC training! Ryan could you do a video on this? I've tried it in the past and though I didn't train anywhere near the intensity that is probably required (fear of injury, I really liked the program mentally and it still seemed to produce at least equal results to training more times a week. What's your take on it?

Yessir this man-s a beast - and as long as I-ve been training, I-ve not seen anyone quite like Ryan before - as an experienced lifter, I can attest that Ryan is the real deal, not to mention the fact that most trainers DO NOT look like that - really serves IMHO to offer hope and confidence to all others who want to look like that. GO RYAN

Hey would you mind doing a video on pull ups for beginners? I am a heavy guy and never been able to do a pull up and have tried stuff with elastic bands etc. Now I have begun to do smolov jr program on my lateral pull downs in machines to increase my strength and will try doing pulls ups after that. Do you have a better suggestion?

i do have an intermittent lower disc problem BUT if i can strengthen those muscles around it surely that's a good thing and I'm less likely to blow it up if the other structures are strong enough to contain it. thats what i'm sticking with so there lol

I have degenerative disk and lower spinal stenosis and I feel this would actually help by strengthening those smaller muscles by using less weight to start. All your stuff has helped and I feel like dying every time I do one of your workouts.
