You know what I'm just going to go on and say it I've been thinking about this so now I'm just going to say it this guy have a lot of haters a lot of haters on every video I watch he have so many thumbs down I mean look at this dude apparently he know what the hell he's talking about you definitely got the body I want I would love to walk around with my shirt off looking like him not white because my White but still you know what I'm talkin about he always saying this exercise work for me and may not work for you so he keeping it real so I don't understand why he always have so many thumbs down y'all are a bunch of haters

I love to learn new ways to work muscles, this I've got to try. I admit I normally don't do front delts, because of chest days. I just hope the rear delts get worked with the barbell/ ez bar exercise. As I don't see how gravity would work pulling the bar horizontally back. Am I wrong, will it work them hard too?

This work out was great, especially the BB raise. The added movement of bringing it towards chin really added that something extra. Started the steering wheel plates thinking it was to light and easy to feeling like my spine was about to drop out by the time I got the the press LOL

If this guy was normal size I doubt anyone would take his suggestions as serious. He-s massive and that-s why most will listen. Reality is if you have average genetics all these techniques aren-t going to make any difference. Only chance of getting as massive is going on gear

I like your videos, just wanted to ask you something, i dont do alot of reps but which i do is slow reps to feel the muscles and i feel its growing fast. So my question is, should we do alot of reps like 10 to 12 or u prefer slow reps of 6 to 8

Question, did you bulk up more from eating, or from using lighter weights but with better form? Or do I need to stop eating crayons because its both, or should I eat more crayons because it neither and something else?

Front plate raise is my new exercise been doing it for about 2months you get a lot of definition to the side delts. I find if I do it slow then at the top point the plate opposite directions for full delt stretch.

These videos are way too long, just get to the point. We don-t need to see every rep every set. Just the meat and potatoes bro. Oh yeah, that is what you do. Haha, appreciate ya. Especially us 40 and older.
