How To Lose Fat FAST! (PART 2)

So first I understand why some people got ------ because everybody doesn-t have that same extremist mentality. But I thought back to myself when I first started working out and getting into bodybuilding. Looking at the magazines of all those people that looked just ridiculous. The results were just on a whole other level and thinking back, I wish I had somebody just to sit me down and tell me the truth. Hey, there little buddy. I see you looking at those people in the magazine. Probably thinking it's the drugs they are taking, or maybe they're just born with better genetics. But the thing that makes the biggest difference is the fact they're willing to work harder. They-re more than happy suffering to achieve that ridiculous ideal they have in their head, and in fact they live such a structured life they don't even think of it as suffering. It's just part of who they are. And that's always something I'm personally striving for. I want to be improving at such a rapid rate that every time I run into a EX they say -God I hated that guy, but he's definitely making progress. And man, my nipples are hard-- but I had to take a step back and realize that not everybody wants to live in the extreme end of the spectrum this isn't their life. Most people will make incremental improvements over the long haul, which I 100% respect, and as far as making a video to fire back at people that will never happen. That's not me. You would think so because I'm a straight ------- but I look at those people as blessings because at their very worst, they're just a reminder to be better. And the only reason you get defensive is because you think you know everything, but I sure as ---- don't. For example, one thing that was highlighted. That's definitely incorrect, or at the very least misleading when I said, your kidneys would not appreciate an excess amount of protein and started digging deeper into it and then realized that must have been an old adage that was stuck in my head. That is --------. And don't act like you've never done that. I'm sure as a kid growing up, you probably tell your friends. My mom is the nicest person. She's got more friends than anybody I know and then you come home early from school one day and you find her scissoring your art teacher. Comment below something you thought for sure was true and when you found out the truth, you were shocked. Something other than the scissoring. So the lesson is do ------- better. For instance, in the past and made videos on ankle mobility. And I felt people there, anterior pelvic tilt, but it's not something I do every day. And it's something I want to immerse myself with. So I found a physical therapist that I can intern with because eventually I want to be able to help people in that arena because at the end of the day all these concepts and exercises, they've all been shown before. I just try to add a little bit of insight, share my experience and a few ---- jokes, so hopefully that light bulb in your head goes off and you can make progress. And as far as extreme dieting goes, I'm still going to do it. It's just who I am, but I'll start making diet content that isn't for just the mentally disturbed, or I'll just say earmuffs, and you'll know what to do. At the end of the day I'm just your friendly neighborhood -------. I-m just sharing what I-ve learned along the way. I leave with these two quotes. The first one comes from a 75 year old guy named George. He was an old school, retired Mafia guy, and his favorite thing in life was hookers. So I would take him out to lunch once a week just to hear his crazy stories. And one time he laid on me that the was the most disturbing, disrespectful, discriminating story I've ever heard and asked. George, -how did you even deal with that? - He looked at me and said, -kid, I would never want to be part of a club that would have me as a member. - That stuck with me. And the last one comes from another guy I respect because in spite of being a complete ------- He was wildly successful. Probably what I liked so much about him, but one day during a conversation question got asked how you deal with all the negativity and you simply just said -Those That Matter, Don't mind, Those That Mind, Don't Matter-!

Can you speak a little bit to Keto and Intermittent Fasting combined? I'd like to go the route of the 20/4 Fast, but I'm afraid to add the carbs in there. For reference, I have been doing keto for a while incorporating cheat meals once every 2 weeks. I usually lose around 20-30 lbs in a few months but fall off the wagon for a full week and gain that water weight and a little weight back. Any thoughts on incorporating the Intermittent fasting in with the Keto diet and have those meals be things like Chicken wings? (high fat, high protein, high cals, no carbs) or would it be better to have 2 huge meals in that 4 hour window incorporating the carbs and say F Keto? Thank you for all your help and the videos rock!

Learning to admit when I am wrong has been one of the biggest tools in my ability to improve my life - overall in every aspect. Physical, emotional, intellectual and financial health. all improved when I learned to not be right all the time.
My grandfather raised me after 22 years in the Navy, so I saved a lot of money growing up not buying lunch for frmr mafioso - but good ideas and bad ideas are pretty blurry lines when you're taught how to entertain yourself by a guy that kicked hand grenades off aircraft carrier decks for fun.

Hey, could you do a whole series with elastic bands. Since de pandemic started I don't go to the gym anymore and I'm training at home. Body weight and elastic bands but it's becoming repetitive. Your videos help and I can adjust some dumbell/barbell exercises to be done by elastic bands but some can't be done without dumbells which I don't have. I'm interested in arms shoulders and legs in particular. These groups have the least variation when it comes to elastic bands. Thank you in advance, all the way from Romania, Alex.

1: 50 I also thought the high protein kidney issue bit. Was something taught to me by a random gym guy like 15 years ago. That same guy also told me that your body can only process 30g of protein at a time. Didn't hit me at first, but spacing out 225g of protein throughout the day became quite the chore when you can only do 30 at a time. Used to believe the -anabolic window- for protein intake also, although, I think we all did at one point, and most probably still do.

Hey, asshole! I'm a dumbass so I'd love to have someone tell me what to eat and when to eat and how much to eat in order to lose 100lbs of visceral fat. No, I am serious. I read all the tech crap and have this learning disability where technical shit translates to Peanuts Teacher talk. I need an asshole to point at something and say eat it, and point at something else and say dont eat it.

Dude! Kudos for the first video. I-m at a physical low but a few years back I led the extremist, structured life. to amazing results. No way around it. mainstream/average approach gets Mainstream average results. I-m here because you aren-t mainstream. I-m here because you offer practical, real world tested, non-mainstream advice. The kick ass sarcastic attitude helps too. Please. don-t hold back. We got you covered. Keep at it!

Ryan, thanks so much for all your content. I just recently discovered you and am so glad. I wish you could give slightly more details on what you consider -extreme dieting. - In -How to Lose Fat FAST! (part 1)- you talked about 10, 12, 16 weeks being too long. What do you consider marathon time and how low do you go. Would love to see more dieting content. Thank you.

I had trouble eating, I-m new and my main goal is to build muscle and what works for me the keto diet that I got from ketogenerator. online. I-ve been using it for a couple of months and It-s been working for me, I don-t know if it works to lose weight but It has the option to. And remember if something is worth it, it aint going to be easy! I hope it helps: )

The odd thing about the way I used to eat is I realized I really didn't need as many calories as I thought I did. The -bulking- phase we go through is really just getting fat over the real muscle. Thought I was getting strong and I was a powerlifter but really I was just shoving unnecessary food down my mouth and tricking myself into thinking I looked good.
