Just did this workout. I'm convinced now that you are a masochist and want me looking like an awkward idiot that can't lift 10lbs after 45 reps much less get off the gym floor with my pansy foam roller. Also. if in 3 days when I can feel my chest again I don't look like I have Jeff Bezos and his clone sucking on my man teats, I'm unsubscribing and going back to reading old National Geographic magazines for the articles this time while taking a dump.

I-m a skinny guy who has got into working out because I have been diagnosed with a disability that working out can help, I-m always put off by guys your size because they have heads bigger than there biceps, you on the other hand have made me feel comfortable and, I-ve been following your workouts, just a lot lighter weights --- I-ve noticed although I-m not putting on much size I-m seeing shape and muscle in areas I didn-t even know I had it ---

This dude is funny. Just he makes stuff up to stay relevant. He even stated that progressive overload doesn't work for him. Lol no one is the special exception. Plus we all utilize progressive overload in multiple ways. More sets, heavier weight, more reps, shorter breaks, tempo changes, supersets. Any time you're putting an increase in the demands on your body in weight training or even sports training, that's progressive overload

hahahahaha -dont worry one day you will grow up into the asshole you were born to be and say something to piss em off and you're back to training by yourself- I literally have no friends anymore. they all got butthurt.

I appreciate your tips on working out and your humor but I just have one question- what-s gonna actually fit in that little pocket on your shirt? I mean really, that little t shirt pocket blows the whole video

To be fair it is something we all ask. I need more tiddy meats. I am thinking genetics is the cause but then again I am getting ahead of myself. Still losing weight and only been working out for maybe a year.

Ryan you mentioned a pre workout in one of your videos awhile back. I can't remember the name. But it seemed like it was a great one.
Do you remember which one? Or which one now is a good one?

Wanna open up your chest? Lay on the roller lengthwise and rest, let the shoulders fall on either side. at about 15 minute your pecs really loosen up, now stay on for another 15 minutes.

Excellent content and a fresh look at training, although I'll make this suggestion: Lose all of the profanity. It adds nothing to the message and risks losing some of the audience.

Incline press, cable flys crossovers and for upper chest. Flat bench press. Hammer strength incline press for a finisher, job done, usually then dumbbell pullovers, then I do lats.
