Jason: This is totally random, nothing to do with exercise, very disturbing, but really kind of funny. at the 4 min - 46 sec mark of this video Ryan mentioned taking a shit naked. I was eating at a fast food joint a while back and I had a mouth full of food that I had to spit out cause I bit into a nasty nerve in my chicken sub, and the door to their bathroom was jammed shut with something. Instead of walking away, or spitting out the nerve into my wrapper, I kept pulling on the door handle until it opened because nobody answered my repetitive knocks. There, sitting inside, casually reading a magazine, with all of his clothes laid out on the floor in the shape of a person, sat an incredibly large naked man, and he looked pissed off. He only replied with the word -Hey- as I quickly shut the door, spit the food into my wrapper, and informed the girl at the counter of what to expect if she attempts to clean that bathroom later on.

Fri arms day followed your advice did triceps first nothing in tank for biceps sat went to do biceps and forearm nothing in tank to do forearms Sunday did forearm and got a longer set in end result arms absolutely thrashed. Park City Utah. Definitely over rated. I got kicked out of a bar because a local lady sat next to me and I asked her -how you doing- she rolled her eyes got up and left. The owner (guy with the whitest hair I've ever seen) was like -nope, nope you got to go-. Just one of many wired things that happened in the most overrated place in America.

I would recommend heavy deadlifting with no straps, farmer's walks, and using fat bars for your other exercises. Your firearms are way out of proportion to your upper arms. I can definitely tell you don't work construction or a labor job.

I use to recommend them to people but now I would be embarrassed to recommend them now that you change your format

Anything dumbbell is my favorite now. It's probably not a good thing but I don't even like touching a bar anymore because of the serious contractions I can get from dumbells that I don't get with barbell

Can I do the brachial exercise with a piece of pvc and band? Also can I get the same contraction using a rope instead of handles for first exercise? My home gym is limited. Thank you in advance.
