Honestly its never a time issue for me. My biggest obstacle is that working out causes my brain to just bombard me with intrusive thoughts of self-hrm.
Im normally not a depressed or anxious person, but after a week or two of lifting in the gym I start losing mind. If i ignore the early symptoms and just push through, eventually it becomes impossible to get to sleep without some sort of sleep aid, and beyond that i just start getting noticeably duller and worse off.
My body treats working out like a poison, and i dont know how to fix it.

But is any of this enjoyable, am I gonna want to come back for 30 minutes of working out where I'm puking my guts out Maybe it'd be fun to try it once or twice, but all in all you're just better off cutting the 1-hour volume workout in half, or just doing a 1-hour session instead. If you can crank out 5-6 sets for one muscle (group) during those 30 minutes, you're going to have tremendous results. Like, 99% of us watching are not on steroids, nobody is going to be 220lbs lean.

I can speak from experience it works. Iv gone from 5 days 1hr and half a week split to 3x a week for about 45 mins a workout. i increased volume lowered reps (10-12 to 8-10) focusing on controling each rep. This increases my rest days and i cant deny I've been seeing progress. Stronger def.

The crazy/sad thing is that someone shoved creatine up their ass in the moments between the part where you joked about boofing creatine in your ass and when you specifically said something like it's sucks i have to do this, but listen DON'T actually take creatine up your butt.

What if your having one of those days where your strong and you feel like being inntje gym for 90 min knowing your over training, is there a way to recover faster, say all the supplements are in place would eating 1000 calories over current daily amount help

My shoulder has been jacked up for months now. I must be compensating for it because my pec muscle on my side shoulder side is getting smaller while my other side is getting bigger. Is there something I can do to still work my Pecs evenly

No boofing creatine Pfft, I'm out bro. FYI, mixing 10 grams of creatine in 3 ounces of water and freezing them in popsicle molds then keistering one 5 minutes before workout gives you optimum core cooling and muscle regeneration.

Increased muscle growth more hair loss. Getting great results with a shorter workout needs to be supplemented I’m sure

Why does everybody want to do shorter work outs. I love working out. It’s the only time of the day I’m relaxed. I’ll work out 3 hours a day if I can
