This video is me great during the week and blow it all on the weekend. A smart person wouldn-t cheat all day or all weekend on top of the only 2 days I don-t workout! A plan for diet and a plan for working out is the only way it works. It-s like little Timmy who does great in class only when he has 1on1 with the teacher then Timmy has to do his own work without a teacher in his face and now he-s lost and failing class because little Timmy has no plan to follow! Don-t be little Timmy find a plan you can follow and stick with it without cheating or screwing up because it-s to restrictive!

Ryan, I know you would be an inspiration to just be friends with, I concur with your take on self honesty and discipline. Having said that, what is up with the vulgar language when you clearly have the vocabulary to express your acquired knowledge on superior training techniques to even the least educated of your fellow muscle heads. As Captain America once said, -do you kiss your mother with that mouth? -. Perhaps Cap should have switched -wife- for -mother- but you get the idea.

Did I miss the part on what his cycle consisted of? Cut the bs, and most know/understand, it's part of the game! Nowadays, legal peptides can raise test and GH levels, so train with some intensity (more compound movements than not, get enough protein and definitely find a way to get good rest. Results will come, but definitely night and day if you stay natural. And, yes, taking peptides is no different than just gold ole juicing! Anything that raises your levels above normal!

Been following you for about a year, love the videos and really find the content the most useful and easy to digest. I saw more progress in the year I started taking your advice to heart than I did in the previous 2 years before that. So I'm getting your course today, I'm about to start and I'll definitely be posting on your videos how my progress is going. Thank you for giving everyone such great content without all the BS.

I appreciate one in particular that was mentioned because of its limitations. The only logical comparisons to make are those based on tangibility. Comparing our present self to our past. If we compare our present self to our target goal or worse to someone else we can only feel bad about it and demotivated. BUT THE THING we need to remind our selves is that this thinking is 100% based on illusion, its non existant

This is one of the greatest, most concise videos on the topic I have ever seen. I appreciate the wit, the humor and truth. Interestingly, I think this is a rules for life video. This methodology applies to all of life. I have shared this with my family and a number of friends. I don't think I have seen anyone address this as clearly and quickly as in this video. Hey according to the mainstream. I'm supposed to be proud that I'm fat and lazy. How dare you fat shame me! If anything you should be ashamed for having too good of a physique. Fit people need to be more like us because it offends us to see the product of your guys hard work and dedication.

It can be toxic to NEVER be happy with your body, but I still agree that you need to be honest and realistic with yourself/set thoughtful expectations. Discipline to keep with it over time; no one got out of shape in two months so don't expect to get shredded in those two months either. Unless you got your hands on some shark testosterone.

This year I finally got serious about my weight and started an aggressive diet. I love 40 lbs and very proud but I still have a lot of lower belly fat. I just recently purchased your workout plan and I'm really hopeful I can start converting my last bit of fat into muscle mass following your plan
