I did a dexa scan last week and it turns out over the past 15 months I put on over 30lbs of muscle and only went up. 1% bf. If I had to pinpoint why one of the biggest changes I made was learning to read my bloodwork and realized I had insulin resistance. Once that was fixed it allowed me to actually fuel my training. I also got rid of all the exercises that weren't truly targeting the muscles I was trying to hit and finally got prescribed peptides.

More bs info to attract attention and cause controversy just to make some moneythis guy doesn’t actually care about any of you haha it’s all about the money. That’s why he sits down, writes a bs script that doesn’t make much sense, then lies to all of you. Even if you’re on the best gear, eat the best diet, train and rest like a king, you are not gaining this much muscle. Especially if you’re already someone past their nooby gains. This guy has sold out long ago.

If you’re in your 30s and have been training for as long as he has there’s NO WAY you can put on an additional 30 pounds of muscle for the rest of your life let alone in a year. Even with 2 grams of testosterone a week you’re not putting on 30 pounds of muscle in a year at that age or at any age unless you’ve never lifted a day in your life. Zero chance you gained 30 pounds of muscle and zero chance you did it without a LOT of hormone use.

I can definitely say I get more growth out of high volume to failure (20 to 30 reps range) partials at the end to really get failure.
When I do progressive overload 10-12 reps I get pump but growth is much slower as fatigue and lack of power comes sooner than the lactic burn and satisfying pain
Sometimes I would combine progressive overload some lower weight sets at the end, it’s still not similar.

I love high reps except for upper arms. But my retarded biceps don't like low reps either, basically 8-16. If I train 6 reps or lower my arms get smaller. My triceps like 4-9, I push them to 12 reps because my OCD mandates if I do 12 reps for biceps then I do 12 reps for triceps.
Also BPC157 is the best thing ever, recovery is better than when I was a teenager and I'm not stiff and achey anymore

you dont need to be on tren or any other compound lol. trt ( testosterone replacement therapy ) goes a very long way. i wish more exercise influencers would be more honest about this. lots of people in your age group wasting there time thinking there going to get jacked and never will. trt is a must to be that size at that age.

IGF-1 is indeed a big game changer in hypertrophy and cell growth however it does come with the downside that it stimulates all types of cells including cancer cells. So doing this would require regular check ups.

Would love to do the Garage 2. 0 program, but $20 per month is way too much. A gym contract in my country is cheaper than that.

Having insulin resistance isn't that a path towards a type of diabetes and therefore sugars/carbs should be avoided. The need of urinate then becomes extremely high when the body is sending warning signals

I guess you take long R3 IGF-1 because it is more efficient for hyperplasia right And I also saw Ipamorelin, which is used for animals to gain more body weight. I'm not sure if they are really safe.

There is no way that Ryan has 12% body far, its more than 15 just by looking his body, there is no striations, no vains, you can't ts any muscle fibres
