I don’t see why so many people can’t grasp their mind muscle connection. Is it because they don’t pay attention to what muscle is doing the work Or don’t have the muscles to begin with

By the way, I really like the video. It actually helps out a little bit more instead of seeing someone that actually knows what they're doing doing it, I'd rather see someone that doesn't know what they're doing, doing it and then getting critiqued. I might be making the same mistakes. I appreciate it bud f hairy potato

100% agree on double overhand grips for deadlifts. I’ve seen way too many videos of bicep tears from mixed grip deadlifting to think it’s worth the risk. I do deadlift, though hypertrophy is my main focus vs power or strength. Ego is not your amigo

Can i ask a serious question When doing lunges, I've always followed the rule of not bending the knee past 90 degrees. Is that what you were recommending in the squat in order to keep tension on the quads during the squat Thank you

5: 24 NASM-CPT blabbin' here. I'm surprised you are ok with this kneecap path during the rep length. Ankle-knee-hip always in the same plane to prevent knee pop/injury.

As a 53 year old man, I learned to take my ego out of lifting.
Now it's about mind muscle connection and taking it slow.
2 torn meniscus, 3 damaged discs and sciatica tends to lose the ego

the asian woman thing at the end got me. i have a deep deep appreciation for muscular calves, but no attraction whatsoever to asian girls. it's a freaking curse. all their calves are magnificent.

Ryan i love you mate, buut u do hamstrings wrong. if you take your mega arms an use them as support to elavate your overbody so it are in line with the hamstring its one fire at first rep. Try it
