Quick question to Ryan - I have worked out for 2 years and I have some satisfying results. But. left and right at the base of the back, just above the buttocks, sweet little fat deposits remain. I can-t seem to shift them and I notice that fit guys of 40+ also have them. How can I get rid of these apocalypse reserves?

Ok I've been working out for years and to feel this burn in only three exercises with almost no weight was eye opening. This is a great bicep workout keeping my elbows in made a huge difference. This also tells me when the time is right I need to hire a trainer.

I have stopped watching others, because yours are no nonsense and and very informative.
My arms look good looking straight forward at them, but look weak and shapeless from the Sideview. How do I fix that?

What? No way did you NOT get a marker pen and draw patterns all over yourself to show us what bits n bobs are moving around when exercising. I thought colouring in. was part of body building.

Reverse grip curls are amazing. Really appreciate all the variety since it makes me remember exercises or tweaks to them that i forget. Your videos help more than all the others out there. Im gonna get after it.

Thank you. I am OLD and I've been pushing super hard but I can't seen to destroy my biceps. Will try. Tried curl bar with resistance strap today. I probably should go the TRT route but waiting until my 70s lol.

Great info as always! Thanks for the quick and easy tweaks to exercises we-ve been doing wrong or at least not to the fullest potential. Hilarious the -pink dumbbell-in the shot at 2: 50 was not missed!
