Get HUGE SHOULDERS (Sets & Reps)

Need a shoulder workout that will fill those delts out and make you look wider. Then let's get after it! Sets & Reps: -Cable Rear Delt Fly [partials] (Leaning Forward or Lying on Bench): 4 Sets / 20 Reps -Side Laterals (Machine Style): 4 Sets / 20 Reps -Reverse Grip EZ Bar Press/Raise Hybrid: 4 Sets / Reps (20, 15, 15, 30) I wanted to make this training video to show how I think about working out each head of the deltoid. I always hit them with a different exercise but one thing remains the same, I always find which variation I connect with most on that day and do that one! If you do the same then you'll never have a problem getting them to grow

More quality content as usual!
You-ve done a lot of videos on exercises, I-d really like to see a video of what a typical gym week looks like for you. Ideally in the same format as this one, i. e. nice and short. Just an overview in the video and in the description you could link to other videos to show the full detail on the exercise.
-On Monday I did shoulders with exercise 1, 2, 3 from this video (link in description) and triceps exercise 2 & 3 from this video (link in description)-
Does that make sense?

Hi Ryan - just wondered what you drink before a workout having watched your video on coffee, seems to be a lot of good reviews on beetroot juice as it acts as nitric oxide enhancing performance. Be interested in your thoughts as You have some amazing content on variations of stable exercises with small tweaks which I-ve tried with great results especially the shoulder ones as still in lockdown until recently.

If this guy wasn't on gear would he still get great results with relatively low weight and high reps?
Basically is this legit for naturals? Everyone says to live heavy in the 5-8 rep range from what I've seen. I've been doing that for years and I still don't even look like I lift with a shirt on. so hopefully what Ryan is saying is legit.

A great way that I improved my shoulder flexibility and fixed my shoulder pain was using an unweighted straigh bar, do over head military presses but alternate between one in front and one behind the head. The more exoereinece you get with it the lower you can go and it makes you shoulders feel great afterwards.

I'm 62 years old and have trained since I was a teenager, and even did a little competing. I still workout but joint pain and boredom are now factors. Since I discovered your videos, I've been inspired to try new things. You're never too old to learn new tricks, and have an open mind.
Thanks.

I would like to know: I am some what new to gym training. But have been active in Sports my hole Life. I train every other day in the gym. My total weekness is my chicken leggs. Do i benefit from doin legs as soon as they feel reecoverd? Or should i just go and do them once a week like the rest?

Been doing my side laterals with the 90 degree angle for a long time. I keep getting people telling me to keep my arms straight, then I tell them to actually watch my side deltoid contract when I do it my way. Next time I see them they are doing the sides the exact same way I do.

Helped me, well all of us out alot mate lol was wondering if you could do a quick video on helping sort out rotator cuff injuries and helping to fix posture etc I tried seeing if you already did one but had no luck finding one if there is lol, cheers man take it easy

How do you feel about Will Tennyson's lateral raise variation where he puts his head against a pillar to isolate the posterior delt? I've tried it and, like you said in the videos, it's hit or miss. but mostly hits.
Thanks for the awesome content!

In your last shoulder workout you did a side delt workout where you rotated your shoulders back and did an arc with the weights. In this one you did a rotation and it seemed that the arc was not as deep. Which do, you prefer for max side delt development?
