The BEST Shoulder Workout (Sets and Reps)

Ready for an intense shoulder workout like you-ve never done before to really get those delts growing? (remember you-re only one handy away): I wanted to make this video to highlight some of the changes I made to the way I train shoulders. In the past I would do the typical 4 exercises with 3-4 sets for each but I found myself dreading those later sets and half a--ing them so I completely changed it up. I now drop the sets to 2 max and up the number of exercises I do with little rest in between. I guarantee if you try this you will feel some serious soreness in every head of your delt (anterior, lateral, posterior) SETS/REPS DBs: Lying Extreme Rear Delt Partial / 2 Sets Each - 15-20 Reps Front Raise Around The World on Incline / 2 Sets - 15-20 Reps Bent over T-s / 1 Set - 15-20 Reps DB Front Raise w/ Pull Apart / 2 Sets - 15-20 Reps Seated Angled Side Lateral / 2 Sets Each - 15-20 Reps Cables: Parallel To Floor Rear / 1 Set Each - 15-20 Reps 45 Degree Rear / 1 Set Each - 15-20 Reps Hand To Your Side Rear / 1 Set Each - 15-20 Reps Hand To Your Side Rear w/ Supination / 1 Set Each - 15-20 Reps Arnold Rotations / 2 Sets Each - 15-20 Reps Arnold Rotations w/ Press / 1 Set Each - 15-20 Reps Perpendicular Rear Fly w/ Extreme Stretch / 1 Set Each - 15-20 Reps Around The World Front Raise / 2 Sets Each - 15-20 Reps Side Lateral Up Right Row / 2 Sets Each - 15-20 Reps Leaning Side Lateral / 2 Sets Each - 15-20 Reps Bent over Arnold Rotations / 2 Sets Each - 15-20 Reps

I have to say I've been going hard or so I thought till I started kicking my ass with giant set workouts and boy how I missed that feeling I was hesitant to go harder im 42 and had a bad car accident but before that's how I trained honestly I was just scared but loving the shoulders videos and others but I really like shoulder workouts for some reason thanks love the bluntness keep telling them hi it really works

Just an obeservation, but I typically do OHP as my foundational movement, then focus on more iso movements as I'm continuing my dominant shoulder rehab (from a severe sprain) and be ready for long throws and relief pitching. I'll incorporate these movements with little rest in between and report back some results after 2 or 3 weeks. Thanks!

lol a shoulder workout with tons of exercises 15-20 reps each, its cool if youre on gear yeah if youre natural just do a heavy overhead press and maybe some side raises and face pulls more you dont need all this fluff and pump shit is for roid heads yeah you get a cool pump for 1 hour but after that your just as skinny as before

Great technique to stimulate-but here-s a question. Which routine should I purchase. I have a gym at work but it-s nothing like a paid gym membership-ie-no leg press.
Also, I have a home gym but it like the basic barbell n dumbbell home gym.
What-s ur recommendation on the 3 programs u offer?

I've always trained by how it feels to a degree. Not so much emotions be how im driving the weight. And after each set pumped and happy. YOU are definitely the OG of what ever you would classify this abstract philosophy of training. Thanks for all the cool, fun workouts.

You should try doing really slow, controlled muscle snatches (not quite as wide of a grip as a snatch. I tried to today and had a crazy connection with them. I'd be interested to see what you can do with them, you're a lot more creative than I am.

I don-t think I-ve ever seen a less effective workout for natural lifters to build big shoulders-
1 set each of 16 low intensity isolation exercises working at 15-20 reps emphasizing muscular endurance with minimal rest.

You look like a strong guy, a particular guy who would lose his shit of someone were to punch him in the face, i love fighting guys your size, with your attitude, i love kicking big guys around.

You sure you're not a stand up comedian because not only do I get great workout content but the LOLs are the bonus, trying to get my buddies to follow because this is just the 2 for 1 deal, good work Ryan
