Need some different tricep exercises? Then this video is for you! I wanted to make this because I still get people messaging me and asking in person what I really do for Tri's. It might be hard to believe but more often then not it's cables and it's because they will connect you better to the muscle better than anything else on top of being so versatile

1: 37 heres the thing i do move the whole stack around, i do have my elbows flared out on a couple of sets i also do lighter exercizes too and my tricepts are bigger and more muscular than youres, reverse extrensions built the solid foundation and the other attatchments for the cable exerzises built the rest my tricepts are great, no skinniness in the elbow area like there used to be you got move heavy weight to get big and strong its impossible to get big moving medium and light weights but you still need the medium and light sets,

I love the short, straight to the point style, and the exercise variations I've incorporated into my plan are a great addition. But idk about everyone else, I'm still working out from home. So any of the cable/power rack/barbell vids (while informative and helpful for the unknown future, can't be incorporated in any way for the present. Just leaving this comment to say I hope there's more -equipment-less- vids for the near future if possible. Keep up the grind man!

I like to get your thoughts on working out two times a day and what you feel is effective. LIke you mentioned in a previous video on Arms that are lagging, to do them first to make sure you get the workout in. What if Chest workout was done around lunch time and then arm workout was done before dinner time. Love to hear what you have seen yourself.

2: 30 lol what was that strange facial? youre only moving a light weight i do 36 kg like that and thats one of my light sets, i might do three plates single reverse extensions, i used to finish tricepts with 54 lbs reverse extensions 30 reps to feelthe burn and get a big bump i had to stop because i did that for too long had to change it up

Literally 2 days ago I was telling my co worker how I wanna get a personal trainer because the reason Ive stopped working out is because I dont know what I'm doing. That same day I grabbed my dumb bells and did some of what I remembered in your videos and it was kick ass. Thanks for putting in the work -

I was sceptical at first when I saw your videos and your limited ROM logic, but when I tried lunges on a smith with a really light weight and DIDN'T stand up all the way it changed my mind. Quads never felt this way before.

I was at the shop today and decided to test Ryan's theory and poked someone in the ribs and they did indeed flex their obliques. They then chased me around the shop with a baguette, so I manged to get some cardio in at the same time. result.

i love your content! do you happen to have a spreadsheet/list of all the exercises from the vids? I'd like to cherry pick based on the equipment i have in my home gym and was going to go thru all the vids but if there's a list somewhere. thx!

Again Ryan so many of us aren-t back in gyms and it doesn-t look good in the long run that they will remain open. Can you please mix in at home tips. Watching you in a gym only makes sheltering at home more frustrating. Thanks!

Ryan, what is your opinion re: rest days for a 60 year old male. I have been doing a workout every other day. Each workout is largely focused on muscle groups with a few abs or legs added on non- leg day. Any thoughts?
