So last night/early this morning I filmed this video to go over some simple but often overlooked parts of training. I talked about how I personally think weighted walking lunges are a better way to get development than squats and a lot of that has to do with the fact that most people aren't doing squats correctly. On top of that I went over ways to make WL more quad or hamstring dominant which will really start packing on mass and now you'll be able to hit them on any lower body centric day

Hey Ryan, I-d like your advice on my work outs right now. I-m currently deployed and the gym we have here is decent enough, free weights only so we get creative. Our diet is garbage though, so I haven-t been able to achieve much growth. I-ve gotten significantly stronger, and I-m wondering if that strength will translate into growth when I get back to a normal diet in the States?

Bro I hurt my nerve and that makes the lower part of my right leg numb and made me lose a bit my explosiveness, I played professional ball for 12 years and I'm almost back at 100%, so can you share some exercises and sets that help growth and explosiveness at the time? Many trainers don't believe in size and explosiveness together. can you share your outlook on it as well?

Been working out for years. But watching you has made me learn a lot of new ways to get better gains. At 43, and built house since I was 15. Working takes a toll on me. This has help me find new ways to grow and not hurt my joints as much. Plus I enjoy listening!
Meanwhile I have something Pressing to go do lol.

Hey Ryan, will you provide a recommended set and rep count? And would these exercises be for just one workout or would you add anything else or alternate to another set of exercises on the next leg day? Thanks for all you do brother!

Leg day today - I've been doing step-ups, but not like this. Will incorporate. I'm 6'5- and 53 yrs, pretty freakin thin, so hammering my legs is a must! Love his videos! Great motivation

Got a question for you. I do wear loose tight clothing for leg day. I-m not sure if it-s mentally or physical but I get a better burnout than when I wear shorts. What do you think?

I worked out for years thinking I was a hard gainer, but the reallity is I just had a bad. I then tried the Agoge Diet, and started seeing much faster and better results.

Tights for men are great, why would you not looove them? Compression, looks great, breathable, comfortable. only people with tiny pp might be too scared to wear them.
