Alright, today we're going over a workout that you need to add in once a month if you're serious about growing! Dude: I remember me and my training partner in the 80's used to do mad one exercise workouts. One time it was lateral raises. Started with the smallest weight in the gym. High reps and just worked our way up to the heaviest dumbbell and just moved a couple of inches. Then all the way back. The burn was incredible. I remember walking home and my arms were rising. Took a couple of days before the lactic acid pain subsided. Another day we just did legs all afternoon. But I don't like to talk about that. I still have PTSD from it.

Ryan. You the man. It-s been a month since I started doing century sets. Like a mad man. I figured why just do it once a month. Why not just blow the mind of my body ) and confuse the living hell out of it and just start grinding out centuries. Daily. I have been. My past month workouts have all continued to focus on one muscle or group. But instead of doing giant sets of 15 I-m now just doing 1 set of 100 reps for each exercise I do in the group. I-m hearing David Goggins now in my head as he runs a century run with broken feet (literally. You can do anything you can think of if you tell your body -screw you I-m your Boss now do it-. After completing some of these sets I have to stand and brace myself between two machines, close my eyes and just breathe so I won-t black out. I-m bringing myself to the very limit I can produce. Results? Best burn I have had in decades. I-m 63. Worked out all my life. This feels great. Deep intense microfiber EVERY fiber burning. It is massively painful but No Pain No Gain. I-m sleeping really well. I-m not getting huge because I-m too old. But I-m getting density galore. Rock hard muscles. So thanks man. I watched this video a month ago and I-m telling you I love it. Thank you. As you say -you can control how much of an asshole you are to yourself. - And then you begin on a hack squat. Haha. That motivated me son.

There is no doubt I am addicted to working out. Started when I was about 15, maybe younger even, and now I am 65 and still love to lift. When there were times I was injured or had some other reason I could not workout I hated it - I would get depressed. I did not like to miss workouts for any reason. Call it selfish or misguided, but my workouts were the number one thing in my life and that was even after I was married had kids and a good job. Now divorced, kids grown and retired. it is still number one. I knew then and still know it today, it has been the one thing to keep me sane and able to do everything else I needed to do in my life. Cannot imagine a time in my life where I will not be working out. Like I tell my friends and family who call me obsessed. they will need to pry the dumbbells from my cold dead hands to bury my ass.

-you stayed because you felt in love with the fight- Thanks man! I'm in a phase where i need something to keep me in. Got 2 todler twins, lot of shit at work and even if i love to go to the gym, i feel like i don't have the energy to accomplish what i'd like to do. I'm staying in because i'm in live with this fight. That's what i needed.

Stop reading comments and buy his workout program. They are some of the best workouts I-ve ever done, and this is coming from someone who has worked out for 30 years and was a personal trainer at Golds Gym. There are exercises that I have never even done before!
It-s only $20 people!

Where were you when I was 16. I'm 32 now and let me tell you, this dude is legit. I would have to nag the same 3 big guys routinely in the gym for advice like this. Looking back they were pretty sauced up but instilled excellent work ethic in me and guidance similar to this man.

The restaurant scene has literally never happened to me and if it did - I-d never say to a female. - gonna go to the men-s room for a quick pee before desert gets here -. unless it wasn-t an issue for her to question my testosterone levels I suppose
I like hack squats

Man, Ryan, you're losing it! Used to dig your humour and great training tips and techniques, but now you've lost the grunt, and gone full. unt! What happened to the great training platform! Don't want to hear about your ongoing pissing and shitting parallels. FFS!

Fell in love with the fight. Yup. that's me. It's the same mental/physical attitude we need to have in the current political climate we are in and going to be in when the SHTF. Make your life count, become something worthwhile, make your gym life part of the count.
