Humorous and lots of useful information. Yo fam, that video you made about getting bigger lats and more back activation, I used the, -keeping arms bent- tip and not extending. The pump was insane and felt a lot better contraction during pullovers and pull downs. Good shit brother, this page is legit for sure.

Hi Ryan. I like your approach it is funny and F Informative, I just started FULL GYM PROGRAM, and tell you that the ARM fatigue for Fukking 3 days. and I LOVE it. and NOW the shoulders. JUST a Great workout. it is hard as I like it. THANKS, MAN-. I hope to have more programs of yours when I will complete this one

Hey Ryan very keen to buy your program! One quick question though. My gym only has some basics like squat racks, leg press, cable machine and different bars & benches. Could you tell me what equipment and machines are required for your 30 day gym program? Cheers!

I hear the -what a joker- guy laughing in my head every time i see ppl flapping like birds at the gym. side raises do nothing to make my shoulders stronger, i just get tired. Military barbell press is great. I think its individual i guess. :)

ok so Im not the only one who sits on a machine long enough, annoying the person who wants to use it next so much, that they jump on the machine as im walking to get a wipe to clean it off. Like O ok thats kinda gross but whatever

Can you do a video on recovery? I hate rest days but everyone says ya need them. Legs rest on my chest days and vise versa and in my sleep lol. What works for you, and what-s bs and what-s not? Cold showers, sauna, yoga?

How would a person bring up an uneven body part. My left arm is larger than my right. This happened because of a minor stroke. My right arm is almost an inch smaller than the left arm.

I'd like to know if his advices actually work, specially for a natural person. His approach is very unique, but it goes against what 99% of people say about lifting weights
