getting down to the facts and figuring out if any of these zero or low-calorie foods can negatively affect your ability to lose body fat. --NEW Renaissance: Im going to say this once. stay away from artificial sweeteners. I used to drink sweet tea made with splenda and to keep myself sane chew an entire pack of orbit gum in a day. i found myself getting headaches more frequent. then one day i had a severe migrate, so bad that I was admitted to the emergency room. they could never find a cause. I continued. my thirst for sweets was ravenous when losing weight so i continued with the fake sugar stuff. again I ended up in the hospital after passing out from the intense pressure in my head, it was so bad I could feel my heart beat in my tongue and felt like I had a knife shoved behind my eye sockets. blood work, spinal taps and no conclusive reason. I then stopped the fake sugar and the head aches stopped as did the debilitating migraines. to prove my theory a few months later I drank a sugar free soda and within an hour I had a bad headache. I had developed a sensitivity to artificial sweeteners. So stay away from fake food as much as possible. just eat right and limit your real sugar intake. the cleaner you can eat the better.

Here I was expecting you were going to say the good news was that there are plenty of people worth punching in the neck. I can hardly go to the story without finding those all over the place, the decent low calorie stiff that is decent is FAR harder to find.
Thankfully for me artificial sweeteners taste like garbage to me so diet soda is just disgusting, I'll just get a water with lemon if its a sit down place or maybe a coffee of some sort. I've tried those noodles, they are not tasty nor do they have a good texture. And yep did that whole chicken and broccoli thing a couple weeks ago, a few days into it I was quite miserable not just from hating myself trying to eat so much chicken and broccoli a day but also from the constantly trips to the bathroom, but hey I lost 5lbs in a week even though I didn't lose the stubborn belly fat I was trying to help burn off in a lazy way.

When I was a kid (beginning from the age of 12) I suffered from severe migraines, my parents took me to their doctor and he said there is no real reason for it, and that nobody knows what causes it. as I got older it got worse, when I was around 16 (in the early 90s) I sometimes had 2 -3 a week, it was terrible and the Doctor still had no clue. Luckily around that time the internet became more available in my country, and I started looking into the topic myself and found that some ppl had their migraines triggered by aspartame. I immediately quit drinking diet cokes (which i regularly consumed at school that time, and my migraines almost completely vanished. They went from 2-3 a week to 1 every 3-5 months, it was a blessing. Long story short: No more aspartame for me. :(

No man, stay away from diet sodas. I lost a shit ton of weight now. They do cause informalities that we are aware of but don-t completely understand. Yes, they are calorie dense, which means they will help you lose weight, but it comes with extreme side effects that we are just begging to understand. If you must have soda, put a bunch ice into a cup and drink it regular. It-s still not good for you, but we have a much better understanding of the effects of it. Anyone can google it themselves and find out.

You DON'T eat shirataki noodles out of the bag dude. That would make a maggot wretch.
Try this, Drain them, wash them in fresh water for 2 minutes. Drain.
Tip them into a DRY HOT frying pan. Pan fry until they crackle. About 2 minutes.
Now they are chewy and hot.
Add salt, pepper, hot sauce or whatever and they instantly soak up any flavours they touch.
If you're on Keto then salt, pepper and Butter them and you're good to go. 2 packs will fill you up for hours.
Go get em.

Ryan, I just wanted to let know know I've watched about 15 on your videos over the past two days and liked your mentality. That being said, I decided to apply your 'rep to failure' philosophy today in the gym and from the bottom of my heart. f-ck you. Straight up. I've never been so sore. Wanted to puke. Muscles are throbbing. It's like I'm learning to workout for the first time all over again.
Also, thank you. I needed a good thorough butt kicking to remind myself of what I'm capable of.

Ryan has some of the most unapologetic videos out there. Phenomenal job on his part making no b. s. videos people want to watch. About 15 years ago I'd smash 6 vanilla coke a day. Garbage shape. Finally turned it around after getting a job offer that involved me being in shape. I'm not perfect by a long shot but every step in the right direction no matter how little matters.

I've learned, from trial and error, that your gut health is important to weight loss. If you're pissing out of your ass, I promise your microbiome is f&$-#- up. Dieting is a balancing act between sanity and results but I wouldn't suggest messing up your gut health. I had to cut out all supplements, all zero calorie drinks, all added sugars and nearly all processed foods.

kinda weird but if you are tring to get really lean to the point you are starving,
extremely hot peppers.
at first it hurts but as you get used to it helps suppress your hunger.
DON'T TOUCH YOUR EYES WHN CUTTING IT. It is horrible and always scoop out the seeds, wash your hands well after because if you touch your face you will wish you were dead

While true that sweeteners like Aspartame have no reliably proven link to cancer, these elements/compounds are classified as Excitotoxins, which most certainly do have scientifically proven links to mental diseases such as Dimensia. A boring, but safe, diet is the way to go for both physical and mental health goals.
