going over the reason why your shoulders aren't growing. and it's probably not why you think. Keith: For whatever reason people are fixated on thinking the heavier they lift the bigger they'll be. Nobody how many times people ask what do I do bc they still look the same year after year, they ask for no reason bc they don't follow the advice anyway. The same goes for nutrition. They ask what my meals look like and then tell me what they eat, and after telling them what they're doing wrong they always say - well I'm still on my bulk right now-. After a while they feel so ashamed that they keep asking for advice that they refuse to follow that they just go to the gym a completely diff time to avoid me lmao -

Just right. I figured this out when I started to build myself a good warmup routine. I started to do Ys. and I was surprised how hard they were for me. Then it dawned on me that I just found an important muscle imbalance with that. So, literatlly, I do a Ys and other raises every day as part of my morning warmup routine. It really helps. And, of course, I started to incorporate more external rotation and other exercises to my upper body workouts.

I-m not 100% sure about every other vid you-ve made regarding this issue, but these exercises are the only ones that won-t make you shit yourself. They must be rubbish; )
P. S ask your doctor about IBS, as it might help with the occasional/frequent accident--. Disregard I enjoy the toilet talk and the horror stories

Hey just curious. What size shirts do you wear? They do make larger sizes so the line on the shoulder go past the shoulder, instead of it starting at the begining of your traps. Lots of sizes, try it out! I found it much more comfortable than an anaconda squeeze by my own shirt, looking like I can't afford new clothes.

-Ryan Humiston great video man. A lot of people overlook these exercises. They are super important for overall shoulder health. Even if you don-t give a shit about -capped- shoulders. They can make all the difference on whether or not you-re a functional human at 60 or can-t scratch your own head.

Hahaha, awesome; huge thanks for this video! I have fairly decent Traps with almost no Delts, and I rarely do Trap-specific exercises like Shrugs etc. Apparently, for my entire life, I've had internally rotated shoulders & scapula wining, so my Scapulas moved around quite a bit.

I bought the programme. OMFG, my shoulders were actually sore the next day for the first time in ten years. This isn't for the feint hearted. SETS REPS SETS REPS SETS REPS until you arms just dangled lifeless by your sides. truth is. we don't train hard enough. wake up call.

I've been doing the free stuff cuz I'm cheap. I just started the gym version of the 30 day program. Ryan you are a sad evil person and as a religious man I don't think you're allowed to go to heaven after unleashing this hell on Earth. And that was only day one. 29 more to go.

But see, lateral raises are absolutely worthless for gaining shoulder mass. Best movement for shoulder mass is barbell or dumbbell presses WITHOUT sitting on a bench for back support. Do them standing with no back support and watch those shoulders grow!

Your traps can't take over the exercise. It's impossible. Shrugged or not, you still have to use your delts to do a lateral raise. And I still have yet to laugh at a single joke in any of his videos. I've never witnessed such a forced sense of humour.
